مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنهي معاناة ثمانينية من مضاعفات ورم ضخم في البطن بطول 25 سم

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إجراء عملية معقدة لإستئصال ورم كبير ، من البطن والحوض لمريضة تبلغ من العمر 82 عاماً، وذلك بعد أن عانت على مدار عامين من مضاعفات هذا الورم وترددها على أقسام الطوارىء في أكثر من مستشفى ، ولكن دون إيجاد حل لمشكلتها الصحية.ذكر ذلك الدكتور وسيم روفايل استشاري طب النساء والولادة وجراحة المناظير رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

أخبار متعلقة أمانة الشرقية تجتمع مع جهات خدمية لتطوير محيط حي الناصريةشرطة الشرقية تلقي القبض على (7) أشخاص لوقوع مشاجرة بينهموالذي أضاف عند وصول المريضة للمستشفى، والإستماع إلى شكواها والإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي وإجراء الفحص السريري، تبين أنها تعاني من استفراغ متكرر وانتفاخ بالبطن، بالإضافة إلى التهابات شديدة بالكلى، وعلى الفور تم إخضاعها لحزمة من الفحوصات بالرنين المغناطيسي (M.R.I) والأشعة المقطعية المحورية (C.T. Scan)، وإجراء عدداً من التحاليل المخبرية، مفيداً بأن النتائج كشفت عن وجود ورم كبير بطول (25 × 20) سم في المبيض وممتد إلى منطقتي الحوض والبطن، ومسبباً ضغطاً على مجرى الكلى والتهابات بالكلى.
وقال الدكتور وسيم تم الإجتماع بفريق طبي متخصص من استشاريي النساء والولادة والجراحة العامة والتخدير ، وعقب الإنتهاء من دراسة كافة نتائج الفحوصات ، تم إتخاذ القرار بالتدخل الجراحي العاجل لاستئصال الورم، وذلك للحد من إصابة المريضة بمزيد من المضاعفات وأبرزها الفشل الكلوي.
مشيراً إلى أن العملية استغرقت 3 ساعات متواصلة تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها عمل فتح تجميلي بالبطن وصولاً للورم ومن ثم تحريره من التصاقاته بالبطن واستئصاله بالكامل، تبع ذلك استخدام جهاز الــ Ligasure لعمل كي للأوعية الدموية الملتصقة بالورم ، بواسطة تقنيات الليزر المتطورة.
