دولة الكويت: ندعو المنظمات والمجتمع الدولي إلى إيجاد حلول لما يجري بالأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة

دعت دولة الكويت اليوم الثلاثاء المنظمات والمجتمع الدولي الى “العمل بصدق” لإيجاد حلول منصفة وعادلة لمعالجة أسباب وجذور تطورات الأحداث الأخيرة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ يوم السبت الماضي.
جاء ذلك في كلمة دولة الكويت خلال الدورة ال217 للمجلس التنفيذي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (يونسكو) التي ألقاها مندوبها الدائم لدى المنظمة السفير الدكتور آدم الملا.
وأعرب الملا عن أسفه العميق حيال ما يجري في هذه البقعة من الوطن العربي موضحا ان إيجاد حلول منصفة وعادلة لمعالجة أسباب وجذور العنف في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة لن يتم إلا باسترداد الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه كاملة في الحياة والعيش الكريم على أرضه.
ودعا المديرة العامة لليونسكو أودري أزولاي والقطاعات المختصة بالأمانة العامة الى الاضطلاع بدورها لضمان تنفيذ قرارات والتزامات المنظمة تجاه المؤسسات التعليمة والثقافية في فلسطين والأراضي العربية المحتلة في ظل الأوضاع المتأزمة التي يعيشها المواطن الفلسطيني.
وبالنسبة لرغبة المملكة العربية السعودية في استضافة مؤتمر اليونسكو العالمي للسياسات الثقافية والتنمية المستدامة (موندياكلت) عام 2025 أكد الملا دعم دولة الكويت لهذه المبادرة وذلك ثقة منها في قدرات المملكة وإيمانا بأهمية هذ المؤتمر في تسليط الضوء على هذه البقعة الغنية بتراثها وحضارتها.
كما أكد الملا دعم دولة الكويت لمشروع القرار الخاص بإنشاء مركز دولي للذكاء الاصطناعي بالمغرب متمنيا ان يكون منارة للعلم والمعرفة والتعاون الإقليمي والدولي في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وبالنسبة للتدابير التي اتخذتها اليونسكو لتسريع العمل لمصلحة الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية وخطة إقامة الشراكات وتعبئة الموارد بهدف دعم وتعزيز قدرات هذه الدول في اطار أولويات المنظمة فقد رحب الملا بها معبرا عن أمله بأن “توضع مؤشرات واضحة ودقيقة لقياس فعالية هذه الإجراءات ولتدارك مواطن الخلل وتصحيحه”.
يذكر أن دولة الكويت فازت بمقعد في المجلس التنفيذي لمنظمة اليونسكو للفترة 2021-2025 في المؤتمر العام ال41.
