وزراء خارجية "مجلس التعاون": التطورات الأخيرة في العراق تخالف المواثيق الدولية

أكد المجلس الوزاري لوزراء الخارجية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجية، أن التطورات الأخيرة في العراق لا تخدم العلاقات مع دول مجلس التعاون، وتخالف المواثيق والمعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية، بما فيها قرار مجلس الأمن 833.
وصدر عن المجلس الوزاري بيان في اجتماعهم التنسيقي بنيويورك، فيما يلي نصه:

أضاف البيان: دعا المجلس الوزاري جمهورية العراق إلى اتخاذ خطوات جادة وعاجلة لمعالجة الآثار السلبية لهذه التطورات، والتي ترتبت على حكم المحكمة الاتحادية العليا الصادر يوم الأثنين الموافق 4 سبتمبر 2023م، والمنشور يوم الخميس الموافق 14 سبتمبر 2023م.

وما تضمنه الحكم من حيثيات تاريخية غير دقيقة خارج السياق، بشأن الاتفاقية المبرمة عام 2012 بين دولة الكويت وجمهورية العراق المتعلقة بتنظيم الملاحة البحرية في خور عبدالله، والتي جرى لتصديق عليها من قبل الجانب العراقي عام 2013م، وتم إيداعها لدى الأمم المتحدة،.
وأكد المجلس الوزاري أن هذه التطورات لا تخدم العلاقات مع دول مجلس التعاون، وتخالف المواثيق والمعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية، بما فيها قرار مجلس الأمن 833.
