أعلنت شركة «أوبن إيه آي»، اليوم الأربعاء، عودة مؤسسها المشارك سام ألتمان إلى منصب الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة، بعد أيام من إقالته من جانب مجلس الإدارة.

إقالة سام ألتمانوبذكر أن إقيل سام ألتمان، من منصبه كرئيس تنفيذي لشركة «أوبن إيه آي» التي أطلقت منصة الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي «ChatGPT » قبل عام، بعد انتقاده من مجلس الإدارة بأنه لم يكن «صريحا» معه.
وأوضح مجلس إدارة الشركة في بيان أن «رحيل ألتمان يأتي بعد عملية مراجعة تداولية أجراها مجلس الإدارة خلصت إلى أنه لم يكن دائما صريحا مع مجلس الإدارة ما أعاق قدرته على الوفاء بمسؤولياته»، مشيرا إلى أن المجلس «لم يعد لديه الثقة في قدرة سام على إدارة أوبن إيه آي».

وقدّم المهندس أبوحيد لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية عرضًا تضمن أبرز مشاريع المؤسسة في المنطقة الشرقية، من بينها تشغيل منظومة ري نموذجية في واحة الأحساء بطاقة تصميمية تتجاوز 400 ألف متر مكعب يوميًا عبر شبكة مغلقة بطول 1,400 كيلومتر، تغطي أكثر من 14 ألف هكتار وتخدم ما يزيد عن 3,500 مزارع. كما تضم المنطقة منظومة القطيف التي تضخ يوميًا نحو 37 ألف متر مكعب وتخدم أكثر من 160 مستفيدًا، مدعومة بمحطة رئيسية ومختبر مراقبة جودة المياه.
وأضاف أنه يجري حالياً تنفيذ مشروع تحويل قنوات الري المكشوفة إلى أنابيب مغلقة بطول 142 كيلومترًا تخدم أكثر من 3 آلاف مزرعة، إلى جانب تشغيل خزانات تشغيلية بسعة 30 ألف متر مكعب لرفع كفاءة التوزيع في القطاعات الزراعية بمحافظة الأحساء.
وأشار إلى أن المؤسسة تنفذ 57 مشروعًا في المنطقة الشرقية، تبلغ قيمتها الإجمالية أكثر من 6.9 مليار ريال، وتسهم في تطوير شبكات الري ومرافق المعالجة، وتدير سدودًا بسعة استيعابية تصل إلى 11.2 مليون متر مكعب ، كما استعرض الجهود المبذولة في مجال الزراعة الذكية، والزراعة العمودية، ونظم الري الحديثة، إلى جانب تنظيم ورش العمل المتخصصة مع الجهات المحلية والدولية، التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الابتكار واستدامة الموارد المائية في القطاع الزراعي.
