البام يدعو الأغلبية الحكومية إلى اجتماع عاجل لدراسة خلاصات تعديل مدونة الأسرة

ثمن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة في بلاغ له عاليا ما وصفه “المسلسل الجماعي للتشاور العمومي والإنصات والحوار الذي قامت به الهيئة المكلفة بمراجعة المدونة مع مختلف الفاعلين المعنيين، داعيا الأغلبية الحكومية إلى الاجتماع العاجل لدراسة هذه الخلاصات والتباحث حول أنجع السبل الكفيلة بأجرأتها وتنزيلها خلال المحطات المتبقية.
وجدد الحزب في البلاغ الذي صدر عقب اجتماع استثنائي للمكتب السياسي، التأكيد على الأهمية الكبرى والدلالات العميقة لتفضل أمير المؤمنين حفظه الله بإحالة بعض البنود المرتبطة بالنصوص الدينية على المجلس العلمي الأعلى كمؤسسة مستقلة، لها مكانة متميزة في البناء الدستوري والروحي لبلادنا.
وعبر الحزب “عن اعتزازه بالإطار المعتمد لمنهجية الإصلاح، ومجالاته، والغايات المرجوة منه، والذي حدده جلالة الملك حفظه الله ونصره في رسالته السامية الموجهة إلى السيد رئيس الحكومة”
وأشاد البلاغ ب”المقاربة التشاركية التي اعتمدتها بلادنا في تشكيل هيئة مراجعة هذا الورش المجتمعي الهام، والتي رسم خطوطها الدقيقة جلالة الملك حفظه الله، من خلال إشراك الفاعل الديني والمسؤول القضائي، والفاعل الحكومي والناشط الحقوقي المستقل، وأخيرا البرلمان وفق مسطرة تشاركية غنية بالدلالات والعبر”. مثمنا” المسلسل الجماعي للتشاور العمومي والإنصات والحوار الذي قامت به الهيئة المكلفة بمراجعة المدونة مع مختلف الفاعلين المعنيين بالموضوع، من أحزاب سياسية وجمعيات مدنية ومؤسسات وكفاءات ومنظمات مهتمة ومع مختلف المعنيين بالموضوع”.
وقال الحزب أنه” يقدر كثيرا الرؤية الشمولية التي ستعتمدها بلادنا في هذا الإصلاح المرتقب، الذي يتجاوز البعد الديني والقانوني، إلى باقي الجوانب اللوجيستيكية والمادية والبشرية الأخرى، وعلى رأسها التأكيد على مواكبة ومصاحبة تعديل مواد المدونة بتدابير توفير الموارد البشرية المؤهلة والكافية للاضطلاع بقضايا الأسرة من قضاة وأطر، و تسهيل الولوج إلى القضاء الأسري، عبر إحداث “شباك موحد” على مستوى محاكم الأسرة وغيرها من التدابير والإجراءات المصاحبة لورش تعديل مدونة الأسرة”.
