البنك العربي الوطني راعياً حصرياً لبرنامج "رؤية" الرمضاني عبر إذاعة UFM لتسليط الضوء على إنجازات ومبادرات رؤية 2030

امتداداً لدوره الفاعل كشريك داعم لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، يحلّ البنك العربي الوطني anb راعٍ حصري لبرنامج "رؤية" والذي يُبثّ مع مطلع شهر رمضان المبارك عبر أثير إذاعة UFM من الأحد إلى الخميس، بالتعاون مع المركز الوطني للمسؤولية المجتمعية، ويهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على أبرز الإنجازات والتغيرات الإيجابية التي أحدثتها البرامج والمبادرات المنبثقة عن رؤية 2030.
ويستضيف البرنامج عبر حلقاته التي تبث في تمام الساعة 10:00 مساءً من الأحد إلى الخميس عدد من المسؤولين والخبراء من قادة وممثلي المؤسسات والهيئات والكيانات المرتبطة ببرامج ومبادرات رؤية 2030، لاستعراض نشاطاتها وما حققته من أثر وإنجازات تتفق مع مستهدفات الرؤية الرامية إلى تعزيز مفهوم جودة الحياة، وإحداث التحول النوعي والتنمية الشاملة على مختلف الأصعدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وبما يرسّخ من دور ومكانة المملكة على الصعيدين الإقليمي والعالمي.

قام مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر بإنقاذ شاب يعاني من مرض نادر، يُعرف بمتلازمة انحلال الدم اليوريمية Atyoical HUS، والذي يُصيب نظام المناعة ويسبب زيادة نشاطه، ويؤدي إلى تدمير الأوعية الدموية الدقيقة وتكسر الدم والصفائح، خاصة في الكلى، مما يؤدي إلى الفشل الكلوي الحاد. ونجح فريق طبي قاده د. مناف الجشي استشاري أمراض الكلى في انقاذه بتوفير وتطبيق تقنية علاجية جديدة ومبتكرة.

واستطرد قائلاً أن نتائج الفحوصات أظهرت إصابة المراجع بهذه المتلازمة النادرة، وقام الفريق بدراسة الحالة باستفاضة، وخلص إلى خطة علاجية متكاملة، تم فيها استخدام علاج بيولوجي جديد اسمه Ravulizumab، ويعمل بشكل دقيق لتثبيط البروتين المناعي المسؤول عن المرض، وبعد عدة أيام من بدء العلاج بدأت حالة المريض في التحسن، واستمر التعافي في الدم والحالة الصحية العامة مع الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، حتى غادر المراجع المستشفى بحالة جيدة.
وقد بينت الفحوصات الجينية الدقيقة سبب المرض عبر اكتشاف طفرة جينية في بروتين من نظام المناعة مسؤولة عن تهيج المناعة ومسببة لهذا المرض، ولم تسجل هذه الطفرة من قبل على مستوى العالم.
