أحال المستشار الدكتور حنفي جبالي رئيس مجلس النواب، في بداية الجلسة العامة للمجلس قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 164 لسنة 2024 بشأن الموافقة على اتفاقية مع بنك الاستثمار الأوروبي للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع "الصناعة الخضراء المستدامة" والموقعة في 31/12/2023 إلى لـجنـة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية .
وأحال رئيس المجلس تقريران للجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية بمجلس النواب للجان النوعية المختصة.
الأول عن: 1. طريقة إقرار الموافقة على الاتفاق الخاص بمشروع "المساعدة الفنية التحضيرية لإدارة الحمأة في مصر" والممول بمنحة من بنك الاستثمار الأوروبي لصالح وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، والموقع بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2023، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 111 لسنة 2024، تمت احالته للجنة الإسكان.
والتقرير الثاني، عن طريقة إقرار الموافقة على التعديل الثالث لاتفاق "برنامج التنمية المحلية لمحافظات صعيد مصر" رقم EG-8645، والموقع بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والبنك الدولى لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، بتاريخ 25/12/2023، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 127 لسنة 2024، أحيل للجنة الإدارة المحلية بمجلس النواب، ومكاتب لجنتي الشئون الاقتصادية والصناعة.
