مجلس الوزراء يمنح وزارة الإعمار صلاحية تنفيذ مشروع العامرية السكني

المستقلة/- وافق مجلس الوزراء العراقي، على منح وزارة الإعمار والإسكان والبلديات العامة، صلاحية إحالة مشروع مجمع العامرية السكني على الشركات لتنفيذه.
وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم الوزارة المهندس نبيل الصفار، إن الشركة الاستثمارية المسؤولة عن تنفيذ المشروع، لم تقم بعملها كما يجب، الأمر الذي تسبب بمشاكل كبيرة للمواطنين منذ نحو 10 أعوام.
وأوضح الصفار، أن الوزارة نجحت باستحصال موافقة مجلس الوزراء على استثناء المشروع من تعليمات القرار 245 لسنة 2019، المتضمن إلزام الهيئة الوطنية للاستثمار بالإعلان عن الفرص الاستثمارية وإحالتها على المستثمرين.
وأضاف الصفار، أن الوزارة ستتولى إحالة المشروع على الشركات المختصة لتنفيذه، بما يضمن حفظ حقوق المواطنين، من خلال اختيار شركات رصينة ودقيقة في مجال بناء المجمعات السكنية.
وأشار الصفار، إلى أن الوزارة تعتزم نقل المجمعات السكنية الأخرى إلى المحافظات بغية تنفيذها، وذلك من أجل تخفيف الضغط على العاصمة بغداد.
خطوة إيجابية
تعد هذه الخطوة إيجابية من قبل مجلس الوزراء، حيث أنها تسهم في حل مشاكل المواطنين المستفيدين من مشروع مجمع العامرية السكني، والذي يعاني من تأخر تنفيذه منذ سنوات.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار سعي الحكومة العراقية إلى حل مشاكل المواطنين، وتوفير الخدمات الأساسية لهم، بما في ذلك السكن.
مطالب بتنفيذ المشاريع السكنية
في سياق متصل، طالب العديد من المواطنين بضرورة تنفيذ المشاريع السكنية العالقة في العراق، والتي تعاني من التأخر في التنفيذ.
وأعرب المواطنون عن أملهم في أن تتمكن الحكومة العراقية من تنفيذ هذه المشاريع في أقرب وقت ممكن، وذلك من أجل توفير السكن الملائم لهم ولأسرهم.
