استئصال 14 ورمًا ليفيًا لمريضة ثلاثينية بمستشفى الولادة والأطفال في بيشة

تمكن فريقٌ طبيٌ مختص في النساء والولادة بمستشفى الولادة والأطفال ببيشة من استئصال 14 ورمًا ليفيًا أكبرها حجمًا يبلغ 14 سم وأصغرها 2 سم لمريضة تبلغ من العمر 39 عامًا.
وأفادت صحة بيشة؛ بأن المريضة حضرت وهي تعاني من آلام أسفل البطن، وبالفحص السريري وعمل الأشعة اللازمة تبين وجود أورام ليفية متعددة وبأحجام متفاوتة.
والجدير بالذكر أن مستشفى الولادة والأطفال ببيشة استقبل خلال شهر أكتوبر الماضي 5599 مستفيدًا من خدمات الطوارئ، و3847 مستفيدًا من خدمات العيادات الخارجية، وبلغ عدد المرضى المنومين بالمستشفى 809 فيما تم إجراء 339 عميلة جراحية.

الذي قال أن المراجعة ظلت تعاني من تضخم الغدة الدرقية منذ نحو "10" سنوات، لكن حالتها إزدادت تعقداً في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث واجهت صعوبات في عمليتي التنفس والبلع، فزارت عدة مستشفيات بحثاً عن العلاج، لكن الأطباء رهنوا علاجها باستئصال الغدة المتضخمة، عن طريق عملية جراحية بفتح الصدر، فراجعت مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر بحثاً عن حل علاجي آخر.
أخبار متعلقة مزاح بين زوجين.. أول تعليق من ماكرون على صفعة بريجيتماذا بينك وبين الله؟.. قصة "الحاج" عامر المهدي تتصدر "الترند"وأضاف د. الحرز أنها خضعت لفحوصات طبية دقيقة فور وصولها إلى المستشفى، وابرزها الأشعة المقطعية CT-Scan و الموجات فوق الصوتية ultrasound ، وأظهرت النتائج وجود تضخم حاد بالغدة الدرقية، وتمدد جزء كبير الغدة حجمه أكبر من حجم القلب إلى التجويف الصدري، وتم أخذ خزعة وفحصها، وتبين أنه ورم حميد. وتمت دراسة الحالة مع استشاريي جراحة الصدر والتخدير والجراحة العامة والعناية المركزة، والوصول إلى أن هناك إمكانية لاستئصال الغدة المتضخمة دون فتح الصدر، وبالفعل أجرى الفريق الطبي عملية معقدة عن طريق فتحة بالرقبة، واستمرت لمدة "3" ساعات، تم فيها استئصال الغدة الدرقية بالكامل بما فيه الجزء المتوغل في التجويف الصدري بطريقة دقيقة وآمنة، ومضى التدخل الطبي بسلاسة، وتوجت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح، ونقلت المراجعة إلى العناية المركزة، حيث وضعت تحت المراقبة لمدة "24" ساعة، ثم حولت إلى غرفة التنويم وبقيت قيد الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة لمدة "3" أيام، قبل أن تغادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة، وبينت فحوصات ما بعد العملية شفاءها التام، كما أن المراجعة تخلصت لاحقاً من كافة الاعراض التي جاءت بها للمستشفى.
