أمير الشرقية يعتمد تشكيل أعضاء مجلس إدارة مشروع قياس رضا المستفيدين

أكد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية رئيس مجلس إدارة مشروع قياس وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين من خدمات الأجهزة الحكومية بالمنطقة، أن تجويد الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين من المواطنين والمقيمين والعمل على تطويرها يعد من أولويات القيادة الحكيمة أعزها الله، وخير شاهدٍ على ذلك الدعم الكبير الذي تحظى به جميع وزارات ومؤسسات الدولة لتطوير خدماتها والتي تتواكب مع رؤية السعودية 2030.

وقال سموه " نعمل جاهدين لترجمة هذا الدعم على أرض الواقع وتلمس احتياجات سكان المنطقة الشرقية، عبر بوابة مشروع قياس وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين من خدمات الأجهزة الحكومية بالمنطقة، وذلك بالتركيز على رفع مستوى الرضا بين أوساط المواطنين والمقيمين عن الخدمات الحكومية المقدمة بالمنطقة من خلال قياس رضا المستفيدين وفقاً لمعايير علمية دقيقة تسهم في الكشف عن جوانب القوة لتعزيزها وفرص التحسين للاستفادة منها في التطوير، فضلاً عن تحفيز الاجهزة الحكومية على بذل المزيد من العطاء والجهد في تقديم خدماتها.
