تبثّ وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، ممثلة في الأمانة العامة للتوعية الإسلامية في الحج والعمرة والزيارة أكثر من 35.000.000 خمسة وثلاثين مليون رسالة نصية “sms” عبر جميع مشغلي شركات الاتصالات بالمملكة لجوالات الحجاج ومقدمي الخدمة لهم بلغات عالمية في إطار الخطة التنفيذية لأعمال التوعية الإسلامية بالحج لهذا العام 1445هـ.

وتتضمن محتوى الرسائل التي تبثها “الأمانة” إيضاح مناسك الحج والعمرة، ورسائل تعريفية عن خدمة الهاتف المجاني والمكتبة الإلكترونية، والتوعية الإسلامية والالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين التي وضعتها الدولة من أجل أمن وسلامة ضيوف بيت الله الحرام الذين جاؤوا ملبّين لنداء ربّ العالمين تحقيقًا لتطلعات ورؤى قيادتنا الحكيمة ، إلى جانب بيان مراحل الحج وما يحتاجه الحاج من معلومات شرعية في أحكام المناسك اليومية من يوم التروية والوقوف بعرفة وأعمال يوم العيد كذبح الهدي والأضاحي ورمي الجمرات في أيام التشريق وأداء طواف الإفاضة والوداع وغيرها.
كما أطلقت الأمانة مئات من المقاطع المرئية والتصاميم الإلكترونية لتوعية ضيوف الرحمن حيث تتضمن إجابات لعدد من الأسئلة الشرعية والتي أجاب عليها أصحاب الفضيلة والدعاة, وبيان جهود المملكة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن وسيتم نشرها على حسابات الوزارة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي طيلة أيام الحج.

حيث سجّلت "زين السعودية" خلال موسم الحج للعام 1446 هـ إنجازاً رقمياً غير مسبوق، وقدّمت خدمة مستقرة بنسبة توافر تجاوزت 99.9% طوال الموسم، وقد شهدت حركة البيانات نمواً بنسبة 33%، بينما ارتفعت سرعة الإنترنت بأكثر من 22%، مما أسهم في رفع كفاءة التجربة الرقمية. كما تحسنت جودة بث التطبيقات OTT بنسبة 35%، ما كان له دور بارز في منح الحجاج اتصالية سلسة ومتميزة، في حين تم تحقيق تحسين بنسبة 16% في جودة الخدمات الصوتية مقارنة بالعام السابق. وأكدت "زين السعودية" ريادتها التقنية عبر الحصول على سرعة إنترنت تتجاوز 1 جيجابت في الثانية في تصنيفات عدة، الأمر الذي يعكس تفوقها في الأداء. في حين تجاوزت شبكة الجيل الخامس 52% زيادة في حركة البيانات، بينما شهدت الشركة تحسيناً ملحوظاً في كفاءتها التشغيلية وسرعة الاستجابة بنسبة 45%، بفضل توظيف تقنيات ذكاء اصطناعي ذكية تُنبئ بالتحديات وتدير الشبكة بشكل استباقي، مما يعكس استقراراً عالياً وفعالية نوعية في إدارة الشبكة باستخدام منظومة ذكية متكاملة على شبكة الجيل الخامس المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
