يسد باب التلاعب.. مواطنون ضد الغلاء: الدعم النقدي يوصل الدعم لمستحقيه

قال محمود العسقلاني، رئيس جمعية مواطنين ضد الغلاء، إن قرار تطبيق الدعم النقدي بدلاً من الدعم العيني التمويني يجب أن يتم مناقشته على أرضية وطنية.
وأضاف خلال لقائه مع الإعلامية فاتن عبد المعبود ببرنامج «صالة التحرير»، المذاع على قناة صدى البلد، أن أهمية تطبيق الدعم النقدي على المخصصات التموينية ستساهم في توصيل الدعم بشكل كامل إلى مستحقيه.
وتابع العسقلاني: إذا تم خصم 100 جرام – على سبيل المثال – من حجم كيلو السكر الممنوح لـ70 مليون فرد من المستحقين للدعم التمويني، سيتم توفير نحو 260 مليون جنيه سنويًا.
وأوضح رئيس جمعية مواطنين ضد الغلاء أن تطبيق الدعم النقدي أهم للمواطن من الدعم العيني، فهو وسيلة فعّالة لإعادة توزيع الدخل لصالح الطبقات الفقيرة، ويسد باب التلاعب أمام الفاسدين.
وأكمل العسقلاني: الرقابة على الأسواق حالياً غائبة، والمفتشون خرجوا على المعاش، ولا توجد رقابة على أماكن صرف المقررات التموينية كما كان الأمر في السابق.
وأردف العسقلاني: كنت في أسيوط منذ أيام، وقمت بشراء رغيف سياحي بجنيه واحد، وكان حجمه أكبر من حجم رغيف العيش الذي أشتريه بـ3 جنيهات من هنا في القاهرة.
