"زين السعودية" تحصد جائزتين من مجلس الضمان الصحي من بين 157 مرشحاً

عززت "زين السعودية"، المزود الرائد للاتصالات والخدمات الرقمية، ريادتها في بناء بيئة عمل صحية ومستدامة بحصولها على جائزتين مرموقتين من مجلس الضمان الصحي؛ وذلك خلال حفل توزيع "جائزة مجلس الضمان الصحي للتميز" بدورتها الثالثة (2024). وقد حصلت "زين السعودية" على "جائزة أفضل برنامج في الصحة والرفاهية على مستوى المنشآت الكبيرة"، و"جائزة التميّز في التوعية الصحية على مستوى المنشآت الكبيرة".

واستحقت "زين السعودية" هذا الفوز عن جدارة، بعد منافسة كبيرة مع 157 مرشحاً؛ حيث كان لبرنامجها الرائد "Be Well" لدعم الصحة النفسية والجسدية للموظفين، الداعم الأبرز في نيلها هذا التكريم. ويعكس أيضاَ هذا الفوز نجاح "زين السعودية" في تنفيذ سياسات نوعية لتعزيز رفاهية الموظف، تشمل تقديم استشارات نفسية مجانية، تخصيص إجازات داعمة للأمهات وتمديد فترة الحضانة إلى 4 سنوات بدلاً من سنتين، وإطلاق منصة لتقديم مزايا وخصومات حصرية للموظفين، إلى جانب تخصيص يوم إجازة احتفالي بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية.
وقد تسلمت الجائزتين الأستاذة لولوة بنت سعد النويصر، نائبة الرئيس التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في "زين السعودية"، من معالي وزير الصحة الأستاذ فهد بن عبدالرحمن الجلاجل، خلال حفل رسمي أقيم بهذه المناسبة.
