مصر تجهز مخيما ضخما في سيناء لاستقبال النازحين من غزة

ذكرت صحيفة وول ستريت جورنال الأمريكية، أمس الخميس، أن مصر تبني مخيما ضخما للاجئين في الصحراء محاطا بجدران خرسانية عالية.
وأفادت الصحيفة بأن المخيم يجري إعداده خشية حدوث نزوح جماعي من قطاع غزة في حال شنت إسرائيل هجوما بريا على مدينة رفح جنوبي قطاع غزة.
ونقلت وول ستريت جورنال عن مسؤولين مصريين ومحللين أمنيين قولهم إن المخيم الذي يقع في صحراء سيناء بالقرب من الحدود مع قطاع غزة يمكنه إيواء أكثر من 100 ألف شخص داخل خيام.
وتحاول مصر منذ أسابيع تعزيز الأمن على طول الحدود مع قطاع غزة من خلال نشر الجنود والأسوار والعربات المدرعة لمنع تدفق الفلسطينيين اليائسين إلى شبه جزيرة سيناء.
ويشكل المخيم المزمع جزءا من خطة طوارئ في حالة تمكن عدد كبير من الفلسطينيين من الفرار من قطاع غزة.
ونفى محافظ شمال سيناء المصرية الخميس التقارير الأولية بشأن بناء مخيم محتمل للاجئين الفلسطينيين، وفقا لوول ستريت جورنال، قائلا إن الأنشطة في المنطقة هي جزء من حصر للمنازل التي جرى تدميرها في المنطقة خلال الحملة العسكرية المصرية الماضية ضد متطرفي تنظيم داعش.

التي قالت أن المراجعة كانت على العلاج المناعي للقولون، قبل أن تضطر إلى دخول المستشفى إثر شعورها بآلام حادة بالبطن، وعدم القدرة على تناول الطعام، إضافة إلى أنها عانت أيضاً من الضعف والتعب، ونقصان الوزن غير المبرر، وفور وصولها خضعت لفحوصات دقيقة، أبرزها تنظير القولون من الداخل، فضلاً عن الاختبارات التصويرية بالموجات فوق الصوتية، لتحديد حجم المبيضين وشكلهما وبنيتهما، وكذلك اختبارات الدم، وسحب عينة من الأنسجة وفحصها. وأوضحت النتائج وجود ورم سرطاني كبير حجمه "24 × 20" سم، وملتصق بكل أعضاء البطن، وتمت مناقشة الحالة في مجلس الأورام الخاص بالمستشفى، والوصول إلى خطة علاجية عاجلة لتحسين وضع المراجعة، وتقرر إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة، نجح من خلالها الفريق الطبي في استئصال الورم بشكل كامل وآمن، واستمر التدخل الطبي لمدة "3" ساعات وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقلت المراجعة بمؤشرات حيوية مستقرة إلى العناية المركزة، ووضعت تحت المراقبة لمدة "24" ساعة، وبدأت حالتها في التحسن عقب العملية مباشرة، مع الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، قبل أن تغادر المستشفى بعد أسبوع من العملية بصحة جيدة.
