شيخ الأزهر يستقبل سفير كوريا الجنوبية بمقر المشيخة

استقبل الإمام الأكبر أ.د أحمد الطيب، شيخ الأزهر، اليوم الأحد، كيم يونج هيون، سفير كوريا الجنوبية لدى القاهرة، والوفد المرافق له، بمقر مشيخة الأزهر، وذلك لبحث أوجه التعاون الثقافي والديني بين الأزهر الشريف وكوريا الجنوبية.
ورحب الطيب بالسفير الكوري الجنوبي، مؤكدا حرص الأزهر على تدعيم أواصر التعاون مع كوريا الجنوبية، خاصة في المجالات العلمية والتعليمية والدينية، واستعداد الأزهر لاستقبال أئمة المساجد لتدريبهم على تعزيز ثقافة التسامح والتعايش السلمي، والتي يعمل الأزهر دائمًا على ترسيخها.
كما أكد الإمام الأكبر، أن رسالة الأزهر رسالة عالمية تقوم على نشر الرسالة الصحيحة للإسلام، وترسيخ ثقافة التعايش بين الناس، لافتا إلى جهود مؤسسة الأزهر في تعزيز الحوار بين الأديان، وسعيه الدائم لتعزيز التعاون مع المؤسسات الدينية حول العالم، مثل الفاتيكان ومجلس الكنائس العالمي وكنيسة كانتربري، موضحا أن تلك الجهود تأتي انطلاقًا من مسؤولية الأزهر الدينية، وإيمانا بدوره التاريخي في نشر صحيح الدين، اعتمادا على منهج وسطي مستنير، قادر على مواجهة التطرف والتعصب والإرهاب، ومتمكننا من نشر ثقافة السلام والأخوة الإنسانية في شتى بقاع العالم.
وأوضح شيخ الأزهر د/ أحمد الطيب، أن الأزهر مهموم بقضايا العالم الإسلامي والإنسانية جمعاء، وعلى رأسها القضية الفلسطينية، ومعاناة أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني في الدفاع عن أرضهم وحقوقهم المشروعة، مثمننا موقف الشعوب الحرة، وبخاصة المنصفين من اليهود "غير المتصهينين"، الرافضين لممارسات الكيان الصهيوني المتغطرسة تجاه أبناء غزة، وأعلنوا رفضهم للعدوان على الأبرياء والمدنيين، ووحشيته في حق الأطفــال والنـساء والشــيوخ والأبـرياء، ورفضوا استهداف المستشفيات والكنائس والبيوت ومقرات إيواء النازحين.
من جانبه، أعرب السيد/ كيم يونج هيون، سفير كوريا الجنوبية، عن سعادته بلقاء فضيلة الإمام الأكبر، وتقدير بلاده لما يقوم به الأزهر من جهود داخل مصر وخارجها على طريق تعزيز الحوار والتسامح ونشر الأخوة الإنسانية، مشيدا بالتجربتين المصرية والكورية الجنوبية في التعايش بين جميع طوائف الشعب، مؤكدا عزمه وحرصه الشديد على تعزيز ودعم العلاقات الثنائية بين الأزهر والمؤسسات الثقافية والعلمية في كوريا الجنوبية.
