ورشتان تدريبيتان لرفع جود العاملين بخدمة الحجيج

عقدت الأمانة العامة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، وبالتعاون والتنسيق مع وزارة الحج والعمرة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ورشتين تدريبيتين؛ الأولى «أساس ASAS»، والثانية «ترحاب TERHAB» وذلك بشكل افتراضي، اليوم الأحد، 26 مايو 2024.
وتهدف الدورتان إلى رفع وعي منظمي ومقدمي خدمات الحج، ورفع جودة أداء العاملين في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن بما يساهم في إنجاح مهامهم.

تطبيق توصيات التعاون
وتأتي الورشتان ضمن إطار برنامج التعاون بين الأمانة العامة للمنظمة ووزارة الحج والعمرة بالمملكة العربية السعودية لموسم حج عام 1445 ه/2024 م خدمةً لضيوف الرحمن قاصدي المشاعر المقدسة من الحجاج والمعتمرين في العالم الإسلامي، كما تندرجان في إطار تفعيل التوصيات التي خرج بها لقاء وزير الحج والعمرة بالمملكة العربية السعودية مع ممثلي الدول الأعضاء، ومسؤولي أجهزة المنظمة ومؤسساتها الذي عقد في 13 يونيو 2023 حيث اتفق الجانبان على التعاون في عدة مجالات تتعلق بالخدمات المقدمة للحجيج بغية توفير أفضل الظروف لحجاج بيت الله الحرام لأداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة.
وشكرت الأمانة العامة للمنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، من خلال كلمة ترحيبية ألقاها الدكتور رامي أنشاصي ممثل المنظمة في الجلسة الافتتاحية في الورشتين، وثمن جهود المملكة العربية السعودية في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن منذ عهد الملك عبد العزيز آل سعود - رحمه الله - وصولاً إلى مقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين، الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز وولي عهده صاحب السمو الملكي، الأمير محمد بن سلمان، وما تبذله حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ووزارة الحج والعمرة وكافة قطاعات الدولة من جهود في سبيل الاعتناء بضيوف الرحمن، والارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لهم، وتطوير المشاعر المقدسة ضمن رؤية 2030.
