حملة رقمية منظمة لغسل يد إسرائيل من تجويع غزة واتهام الأمم المتحدة

في قطاع غزة، حيث يتكئ أكثر من 2.4 مليون إنسان على حافة الموت جوعا، لا يهددهم الجوع وحده، بل أيضا الكذب المصور، والروايات الملفقة التي تنسج فوق أنقاضهم.
وبينما يتناقص الخبز والدواء والماء، أطلقت إسرائيل حملة إعلامية منسقة، لا لإغاثة الجوعى، بل لتغيير وجه المأساة، وتوجيه أصابع الاتهام نحو منظمات الإغاثة، والأمم المتحدة، وحركة حماس، بسرقة المساعدات الإنسانية وتخزينها في الأنفاق.
في الأيام الأخيرة، سمح لمؤثرين وناشطين أجانب، مؤيدين لإسرائيل، بالدخول إلى مواقع تكدست فيها المساعدات، لتصوير مشاهد معدة بعناية، تظهر الأمم المتحدة وكأنها ترفض توزيع الغذاء، بينما تبرئ الاحتلال من دماء الجوعى، وتبرزه كوسيط عطوف أعاقته البيروقراطية الدولية.
لم تكن الحملة مجرد دفاع إعلامي، بل اتهام مباشر، مدروس ومنظم، يستهدف تحميل المسؤولية الكاملة لطرف ثالث، بينما يختفي المحاصِر والمجوِّع من المشهد.
في هذا التقرير، تتبعت وكالة "سند" للرصد والتحقق الإخباري بشبكة الجزيرة، خيوط الحملة: من فجوة التوقيت بين إعلان السماح بدخول المساعدات وتفجر الهجوم الإعلامي، إلى الشخصيات التي تبنت السردية، والمقاطع التي جرى ترويجها، والأسئلة التي وضعت عمدا خارج الإطار: من يمنع دخول المساعدات أصلا؟ ومن الذي يقرر من يأكل ومن ينتظر الموت على الحدود؟
نفي "مزاعم" التجويعفي 26 يوليو/تموز الجاري، أعلنت إسرائيل السماح بدخول مساعدات إنسانية إلى غزة، وتنفيذ إنزالات جوية بالتعاون مع منظمات دولية، وتحديد ممرات لقوافل الأمم المتحدة، في خطوة قالت إنها تهدف إلى "دحض المزاعم الكاذبة عن وجود تجويع متعمد".
#عاجل ???? بناء على توجيهات المستوى السياسي وفي ختام تقييم الوضع مساء اليوم بدأ جيش الدفاع سلسلة عمليات لتحسين الاستجابة الإنسانية في قطاع غزة ودحض المزاعم الكاذبة عن تجويع متعمد في قطاع غزة.

لكن بعد ساعات من هذا الإعلان، رصدت "سند" تصاعدا مفاجئا وممنهجا في نشر محتوى مرئي منسق على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، تضمن مقاطع فيديو لناشطين معروفين بمواقفهم المؤيدة لإسرائيل، يروّجون لرواية تحمل مسؤولية الكارثة في غزة لكل من "حماس ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة"، في محاولة واضحة لإقصاء إسرائيل من دائرة الاتهام.
الجيش يتحدث.. والبروباغندا تنتشرفي ذات السياق، تبنى ناطقو الجيش الإسرائيلي نفس السردية، مدعين أن إسرائيل لا تقيد دخول الشاحنات، وإنما المشكلة "في عدم استلام المنظمات الدولية للمساعدات وتوزيعها".

صور أقمار صناعية تؤكد تكدس المساعداتوتظهر صور أقمار صناعية ملتقطة في تواريخ 4 و22 و26 يوليو/تموز الجاري استمرار تكدس شحنات المساعدات داخل صالات التفريغ في معبر كرم أبو سالم، من دون تسجيل تغييرات جوهرية في حجمها طوال تلك الفترة.
إعلانكما توضح الصور حدوث تناقص طفيف فقط في كمية المساعدات بين 22 و26 يوليو/تموز، وهو ما يتطابق مع المشاهد التي نُشرت ضمن الحملة الإعلامية، ويؤكد أن المساعدات بقيت في مكانها لفترة طويلة، في ظل عدم توزيعها أو إدخالها بشكل منتظم إلى داخل غزة.
وجوه قادت الرواية
الناشطة اليهودية، بيلامي بيلوتشي، ظهرت في عدة مقاطع مصورة من مواقع تكدست فيها المساعدات، زاعمة أن "المساعدات تركت حتى فسدت وتعفنت"، مدعية أن "حماس والأمم المتحدة متواطئتان في تكريس هذا الواقع"، وأن "هذه الكارثة ليست من صنع إسرائيل".

مؤسسة "غزة الإنسانية".. ذراع ميدانية في الحملةفي ذروة الحملة الإعلامية المنسقة التي شنتها إسرائيل على منظمات الأمم المتحدة، برز اسم "مؤسسة غزة الإنسانية" كأحد الأذرع الرئيسية التي ساهمت في تعزيز السردية الإسرائيلية، عبر منصاتها الرقمية وموظفيها على الأرض.

التحليل الشبكي: بنية رقمية تقودها إسرائيل
أجرى فريق "سند" للرصد والتحقق تحليلا شبكيا لعينة مكونة من 7 آلاف تغريدة نشرت بين 24 و26 يوليو/تموز 2025، لرصد بنية الخطاب الرقمي الذي سعى إلى تحميل الأمم المتحدة مسؤولية الأزمة الإنسانية في غزة، وتبرئة إسرائيل من تداعيات الحصار.
شملت العينة 6046 حسابا و8057 تفاعلا (ما بين إعادة تغريد وردود)، وأظهرت النتائج تبلور شبكة رقمية منسقة، تتفرع من مراكز بث مركزية قادت السردية الإسرائيلية ووجهت تدفق المحتوى نحو المجتمعات الفرعية المشاركة.
يوضح تحليل الشبكة -المنجز باستخدام أداة "جيفي" (Gephi)- أن التفاعل الرقمي تركز حول عقدتين رئيسيتين مركزيتين، هما حساب وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية (@IsraelMFA) الذي تصدر قائمة الحسابات الأكثر تأثيرا، وقاد المجتمع الأخضر الذي شكل نحو 27.8% من إجمالي الشبكة. وقد لعب دورا محوريا في إنتاج وإعادة تدوير الرسائل الموجهة ضد الأمم المتحدة.
والثاني هو الحساب الرسمي لإسرائيل (@Israel) الذي تموضع في صلب المجتمع البنفسجي، وهو التكتل الأكبر بنسبة 32.3%، وارتبط مباشرة بمحور نقاشي استهدف منظمة الأمم المتحدة (UN)، من خلال محتوى يحمّلها مسؤولية تعفن المساعدات وتفاقم المجاعة.
كشفت الشبكة أيضا عن تكتلات فرعية ثانوية قادها مؤثرون داعمون للحملة مثل، "إيتان فيشبرجر" (Eitan Fischberger)، و"فرج ألكسندر" (Faraj Alexandre)، و"إيال ياكوبي" (Eyal Yakoby)، إذ لعبت هذه الحسابات دورا في إعادة تدوير الرسائل الأساسية وتضخيمها ضمن مجتمعاتها الخاصة، وهذا ساهم في توسيع انتشار الخطاب وتكريسه في الفضاء الرقمي.
نفي أمميوبينما كانت السردية الإسرائيلية تتنقل من منصة إلى أخرى، محملة باتهامات صريحة للأمم المتحدة، تواصلت "سند" مع مصادر داخل عدد من وكالات الأمم المتحدة للوقوف على حقيقة ما يروج.
كان الرد واضحا: الأونروا لم يسمح لها بإدخال أي مساعدات إنسانية إلى قطاع غزة منذ الثاني من مارس/آذار الماضي، بسبب الحصار الإسرائيلي المشدد.
وفي تصريح خاص لوكالة "سند"، قالت وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين:
"بينما تتهمنا إسرائيل بالتقصير، فإنها تفرض علينا قيودا مشددة تعيق قدرتنا على إيصال الغذاء والدواء والإمدادات الصحية، رغم أننا أكبر وكالة أممية عاملة على الأرض في غزة".
وبحسب الفريق الإعلامي للوكالة، فإن نحو 6 آلاف شاحنة مساعدات تنتظر الآن في مصر والأردن للحصول على موافقة للدخول إلى غزة، مؤكدة أن صلاحية محتوياتها أوشكت على الانتهاء.
الأونروا نفت أيضا أن تكون المساعدات المتراكمة عند المعبر تابعة لها، مشيرة إلى أن سلطات الاحتلال تتحكم بشكل كامل في معابر الدخول والخروج، بل وفي التنقلات الإنسانية داخل غزة نفسها.
وأضافت: "منذ ما يزيد على 22 شهرا، يتم رفض أو عرقلة كل محاولاتنا لتنسيق الحركات الإنسانية".
إسرائيل ترسم المشهدكما يظهر تتبع البيانات الأممية، كيف حاولت إسرائيل رسم المشهد الحالي طوال فترة الحرب، عبر استهداف العاملين الإنسانيين، وسيارات المساعدات، وإجبار الشاحنات على سلوك الطريق الذي تسيطر عليه عصابات مسلحة.
وحسب المفوض العام بالأونروا، فيليب لازاريني، فقد استمرت إسرائيل في استهداف العاملين الإنسانيين، وقتلت أكثر من 300 من العاملين مع الأونروا وحدها.

Gaza Health Ministry Publishes Casualty Statistics from Israeli Aggression
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression has risen to 58,479 martyrs and 139,355 injuries since October 7, 2023.
In its daily report, the ministry stated that 93 martyrs—including 5 whose bodies were recovered from the rubble—and 278 injuries were admitted to Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours.
The ministry pointed out that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the streets, as emergency and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.
It further noted that from March 18, 2025, to the present, the total number of casualties has reached 7,656 martyrs and 27,314 injuries.
Additionally, over the past 24 hours alone, 6 aid-seeking martyrs and more than 29 injuries arrived at hospitals, bringing the total number of civilians killed while seeking food and aid to 844 martyrs and over 5,604 injuries.
Cairo: Egyptian-Qatari-Israeli Meetings on Gaza
Al-Qahera News Channel revealed on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, that Egyptian, Qatari, and Israeli delegations are holding meetings in Cairo to discuss the details of delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza, the evacuation of patients, and the return of stranded individuals.
The channel confirmed that the meetings in Cairo are part of Egypt’s ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire in Gaza.
It indicated that progress and consensus have been achieved on several issues related to the humanitarian clause of the proposed ceasefire agreement, with talks expected to continue for two days.
The report stated that the meetings are in line with Egypt’s efforts to overcome obstacles to reaching an agreement and its commitment to ensuring the entry of sufficient and appropriate aid to the people of Gaza.
For his part, Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majed Al-Ansari affirmed on Tuesday that “efforts are ongoing around the clock to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza.”
Speaking to reporters, Al-Ansari said that negotiations are still in the initial phase of formulating a framework agreement for a ceasefire in Gaza.
He stressed that negotiation teams and mediators remain in Doha, and that serious communication and genuine efforts are underway.
“Our efforts are ongoing to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza as soon as possible,” he concluded.
Mustafa: Intensive Contacts and Efforts to Recover Our Funds
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa emphasized the need for intensified international pressure to halt the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and to end the suffering of hundreds of thousands facing hunger by ensuring the urgent and sufficient delivery of humanitarian aid to curb the spread of famine in the Strip.
Mustafa affirmed that preparations are in full swing to ensure the success of the upcoming “Two-State Solution” conference scheduled to be held in New York at the end of this month, in coordination with Saudi Arabia, France, and various other friendly and brotherly nations. The goal is to unify efforts to revive a binding political process based on ending the occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state.
At the start of the weekly cabinet session on Tuesday, the Prime Minister stated that Palestinian diplomatic and political efforts are ongoing with various parties to press for an end to the terrorist attacks by settler militias and to recover withheld Palestinian funds, which are vital to enabling state institutions to continue fulfilling their duties toward citizens.
Additionally, as part of a series of government measures aimed at easing the burden on public sector employees amid the current dire field and financial conditions, the cabinet instructed heads of government departments to organize staff attendance schedules in a way that accommodates the current circumstances—while considering the unique needs of each department and ensuring continued productivity and the efficient delivery of services to the public without disruption.
The cabinet also listened to updates from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education regarding preparations for the General Secondary Examination (Tawjihi) for students in Gaza, which is set to begin this coming Saturday.
As part of the government’s initiative to localize medical services and reduce deductions from Palestinian clearance revenues, the cabinet approved a new framework for managing medical referrals to hospitals inside the 1948 territories. Referrals will now be limited to life-saving cases and handled according to strict criteria overseen by a special committee. Cases requiring treatment abroad will also be reviewed if care is not available in Palestinian hospitals.
Israeli Army Renews Evacuation Orders for Eastern Gaza and Northern Strip
On the morning of Tuesday, July 15, 2025, the Israeli army renewed its evacuation orders for areas in eastern Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army spokesperson issued an urgent warning:
“Urgent Warning: Anyone still present in Gaza City and Jabalia, specifically in the neighborhoods of Eastern Zeitoun, the Old City, Terkman, Jadida, Tuffah, Daraj, Sabra, Jabalia al-Balad, Jabalia al-Nazla, Jabalia Camp, Rawda, Nahda, Zahour, Nour, Salam, and Tel al-Zaatar, for your own safety, evacuate immediately southward toward Al-Mawasi.”
He added that the army is operating with increasing force in the area to destroy the enemy and terrorist organizations, and that the fighting is now extending westward toward the city center.
UN Commission Investigating Israeli Violations in Palestine Resigns
The three members of the United Nations Commission of Inquiry into human rights violations in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories have announced their resignation, stating that it is time to renew the composition of the commission.
The commission’s chairperson, South African Navi Pillay (83 years old), cited her advanced age as the main reason for stepping down. Meanwhile, Australian Chris Sidoti (74) described the move as necessary for restructuring, and Indian expert Miloon Kothari expressed pride in his term of service.
The commission, established in 2021, had faced strong criticism from Israel, which accused it of bias.
The President of the Human Rights Council has called on member states to nominate new candidates before August 31, with the new appointments expected in November, following the commission’s final report.
Council spokesperson Pascal Sim stated that the aim is to appoint new experts by early November, after the resigning members submit their final report during the upcoming UN General Assembly session in New York.
In March, the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry concluded that Israel committed acts of genocide and violations against Palestinians across the occupied territories since October 7.
During public hearings in Geneva, the commission stated that the Israeli military possessed maps of healthcare facilities and their specializations, which were deliberately targeted and destroyed. The commission confirmed it holds evidence that Israeli attacks on health institutions were intentional.
It also noted a lack of international accountability and denial of the violations against Palestinians.
The report highlighted physical and psychological abuse of Palestinian detainees, degrading their dignity, and restricting their ability to speak out and seek justice against their abusers to prevent future violations.
In a previous report, the commission said that any child born in Gaza today faces a risk of death, whether during infancy or later in life, due to contaminated water, cold, and hunger.
Commission chair Navi Pillay said that exonerating statements and lack of effective military justice in prosecuting and convicting Israeli perpetrators send a clear message to Israeli security forces that they can continue such actions without fear of accountability.
The commission also accused Hamas and other Palestinian armed factions of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against hostages — accusations rejected by Israel, which continues to label the commission as biased and hostile.
European Union Considers Possible Measures Against Israel Over Gaza War
EU foreign ministers are set to discuss today, Tuesday, a set of potential measures against Israel in response to its human rights violations in the Gaza Strip.
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas proposed ten possible measures, after it was determined that Israel had violated its cooperation agreement with the EU on the basis of human rights principles.
Among the proposed measures are:
Complete suspension of the cooperation agreement,
Restrictions on trade relations,
Sanctions on Israeli ministers,
An arms embargo, and
Revoking visa-free travel to the EU for Israeli citizens.
Despite the growing outrage over the destruction in Gaza, EU member states remain divided on how to respond to Israel. According to diplomats, a concrete decision or detailed discussion on these measures is unlikely at this stage.
Kallas said on Monday:
“I was asked to present a list of options that could be pursued, and it’s now up to the member states to discuss what actions should be taken.”
The discussions will largely depend on how Israel follows through on its pledge to the EU to improve humanitarian aid access to Gaza.
Last Thursday, Kallas announced that she had reached an agreement with her Israeli counterpart Gideon Sa’ar to open more crossings and allow the entry of additional food supplies.
The 2 million residents of Gaza are facing dire humanitarian conditions, as Israel continues to impose severe restrictions on aid amid its devastating war with Hamas.
Kallas added:
“We are seeing some positive signs with the entry of more aid trucks... but of course we know that this is not enough, and further efforts are needed to ensure that what we agreed upon is also implemented on the ground.”
Gaza Municipality Warns: Looming Public Health Disaster
The Gaza Municipality has issued a warning about a serious risk posed by the rainwater collection basin in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, where the rising water level has reached a critical and dangerous point, posing a genuine threat to the lives of residents living nearby. There is growing concern over a potential overflow of the basin, which is now filled with sewage water.
In a press statement, the municipality explained that the water level has reached approximately 6.10 meters, due to the continuous daily inflow of wastewater, causing the level to rise by 30 centimeters per day.
At the same time, the operating hours of the drainage pumps have been reduced, as a result of a shortage of fuel needed to operate them, which limits their ability to discharge the incoming sewage and lower the water level in the basin.
Report: Israel to Transfer 870 Million Shekels in Clearance Funds to Palestinian Authority
A senior source revealed that advanced communications and negotiations are underway between the European Union and Israel, aimed at transferring 870 million shekels to the Palestinian Authority from clearance revenues for the past two months. The transfer would enable the PA to pay around 70% of public sector salaries.
According to the local newspaper Al-Quds, the source ruled out the possibility that Israel would repay the full debt of 8 billion shekels, allow humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip through all crossings, or release all withheld Palestinian tax revenues, which are estimated at about 8 billion shekels (approx. $2.3 billion).
The source explained that the negotiations also include potential steps to ease restrictions on movement in the West Bank and to halt settler violence, in exchange for some EU countries stepping back from proposals to impose economic and trade sanctions on Israel.
The source also noted that humanitarian aid entry into Gaza may begin today, should Israel approve it.
Furthermore, the source confirmed that a new agreement is expected regarding the mechanism for resuming the transfer of withheld tax revenues, with EU involvement, unless blocked by the Israeli government.
The source emphasized that the EU initiative enjoys support from the U.S. administration.
Al-Quds Brigades Release Details of Operation in Khan Younis Aimed at Capturing Soldiers
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, announced the details of an operation carried out by its fighters in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, aimed at capturing Israeli soldiers.
A field commander in Al-Quds Brigades stated, "Last Tuesday, we carried out a complex and precise operation targeting an Israeli military vehicle in the Abasan al-Kabira area, east of Khan Younis, with the goal of capturing several soldiers."
He added in a series of Telegram posts:
“The operation began with the detonation of shock devices of the ‘Barq’ type, which had been planted earlier along the vehicle’s path, following days of meticulous observation and field preparation. This led to the complete destruction of the vehicle, setting it on fire.”
The commander further noted that, “After the explosion, our fighters immediately moved toward the vehicle and engaged its crew at point-blank range, managing to drag one of the soldiers in an attempt to capture him.”
He continued,
“During the execution of the operation, nearby military vehicles intervened, targeting the site with artillery and machine-gun fire, which hindered the completion of the capture. This led to the death of the targeted soldier and the martyrdom of several of our brave fighters who executed the operation with valor.”
He affirmed that this was not the first of its kind, as there had been several previous attempts in incursion areas, expressing high confidence in the fighters and their continued success, with God's will.
UNRWA: Israel Kills a Full Classroom of Children Daily in GazaThe United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) estimated, on Tuesday, that Israel kills the equivalent of a full classroom of children daily in Gaza, with the class size ranging between 35 to 45 students.
In a statement, UNRWA Gaza Director Sam Rose said,
"Every day since the beginning of the war in Gaza, on average, the equivalent of a full classroom of children is killed."
Before the onset of the ongoing genocide, which has turned most UNRWA schools into refugee shelters, the average classroom size ranged between 35–45 students, depending on the level of overcrowding in schools.
Children have paid a heavy price for the genocide being perpetrated by Israel for over 21 months, during which more than 18,000 children have been killed, and nearly 16,854 of them were hospitalized, according to the latest data from the Government Media Office in Gaza.
Children in the Gaza Strip are also enduring severe conditions due to repeated waves of displacement, as well as hunger and thirst, caused by Israel’s policy of destroying food and water sources and closing crossings.
On July 8, 2025, UNRWA stated that children in Gaza represent half of the population (around 2.4 million people), and their lives have been marked by war and destruction.
The war on Gaza has resulted in over 197,000 martyrs and wounded, the majority of whom are children and women, more than 11,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people and widespread famine, which has claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children.
Statistics: 16,000 Martyrs Among Palestinian StudentsThe Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics reported that 52,142 students in the 2024/2025 academic year registered for the Tawjihi (high school exam) in the West Bank, while 1,969 students from the Gaza Strip will take the exam abroad.
Inside Gaza, according to the bureau’s statement on Tuesday, a total of 24,500 students will take the exam electronically and in stages. Additionally, approximately 41,000 students who were unable to register previously will now be allowed to register for the Tawjihi exam, ensuring the continuity of education in line with the emergency and complex circumstances the region has been enduring since October 7, 2024.
The bureau stated that nearly 16,000 martyrs were students attending schools in Palestine, with 99% of them from Gaza.
Regarding the human losses among students since the start of the assault on Gaza on October 7, 2023, until today, the number of martyrs among Palestinian school students has reached a total of 16,242 martyrs, including 16,137 martyrs from Gaza students.
Due to the ongoing assault on Gaza, the statistics bureau clarified that it was unable to collect the 2024 Gaza labor force survey data, and thus only information related to the West Bank was gathered regarding study fields and the relationship to the labor market for individuals aged 20-29.
Israeli Reports: Significant Progress in Doha Talks on Gaza CeasefireIsraeli Channel 13 reported on Tuesday evening, July 15, 2025, that Doha negotiations regarding Gaza have made significant progress, paving the way for a prisoner exchange agreement and a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
The channel quoted sources familiar with the Doha negotiations, stating that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had instructed the negotiating team to show additional flexibility regarding the Israeli military's withdrawal from Gaza, which led to progress in the talks.
Channel 13 further stated that "significant progress occurred in the negotiations in the last 24 hours, following Netanyahu and the security cabinet's decision to show more flexibility and approach Hamas' stance regarding Israeli presence in the Gaza Strip."
Israeli officials mentioned that "the withdrawal will be temporary, lasting only 60 days, with the intention to resume fighting after the ceasefire ends." An Israeli source familiar with the details said, "This flexibility paves the way for a possible agreement."
They also noted that their impression from discussions with Netanyahu is that he is eager to reach an agreement in the coming days, but does not want to end the war.
This comes after Israel presented new maps for the Israeli military's withdrawal from Gaza, following the previous map of military deployments, which was rejected by Hamas and Egypt, with threats of the collapse of negotiations in Doha.
Following this, the gap between Israel and Hamas narrowed after intensive negotiations between the two sides, according to Channel 13.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority (KAN 11) stated that the negotiations are ongoing, with narrowing gaps between the two sides, as technical teams are working on adjusting the maps. These will include new concessions regarding Israeli forces in the Moraj axis, though the military will remain in parts of Rafah, and the new maps will be delivered soon.
In the same context, Qatar announced earlier on Tuesday that there is no stalemate in the ceasefire and prisoner exchange negotiations for Gaza, noting that the talks have no set time frame and will continue as long as the two delegations remain engaged.
