السعودية تدشن البورصة العقارية بشكل رسمي

تشهد المملكة العربية السعودية ، إطلاق حفل تدشين البورصة العقارية رسميا في الرياض اليوم الأحد 27 أغسطس 2023 في تمام الساعة 11:30 صباحًا.
قامت وزارة العدل بإطلاق البورصة العقارية السعودية على نطاق تجريبي، وشملت عمليات البيع المباشرة والعروض العقارية والصفقات الجديدة والرهن العقاري واستعلام الصكوك وتحديث الصك العقاري .
ومن المنتظر أن يتضمن حفل تدشين البورصة العقارية إعلانات عن عدد الصفقات وقيمتها، بالإضافة إلى حجم التداول وأعلى سعر وأدنى سعر، وأفضل طلب وأفضل عرض.
أشار المشرف العام على مبادرة رقمنة الثروة العقارية بوزارة العدل إلى دور حاسم للبورصة العقارية في تنظيم عمليات السوق وتحقيق الشفافية ومنع أي ممارسات غير مشروعة، كما ستكون البورصة موضع إشراف وتنظيم لضمان عدم وقوع أي تلاعبات في السوق أو محاولات لرفع الأسعار أو تخفيضها.
شدد اقتصاديون على أهمية إنشاء البورصة العقارية السعودية، التي ستكون خطوة مهمة لضبط أسعار العقارات دون مبالغة، مشيرا إلى أهمبة الخطوة نحو تطوير القطاع وسهولة البيع والشراء، كما أنه بمزيد من الاهتمام سيصبح قطاع العقارات ثاني مورد بعد النفط.

ويُجسّد مشروع "الدمام سكوير" نقلة نوعية في مفاهيم التطوير العقاري، حيث يجمع بين الاستخدامات السكنية والتجارية ضمن بيئة تفاعلية متكاملة، ويعكس التوجّهات العمرانية الحديثة التي تواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال تطبيق أعلى معايير الاستدامة، وتبنّي التخطيط الذكي، والبنية التحتية المتقدمة، إلى جانب المساحات الخضراء المفتوحة التي تُعزّز جودة الحياة.
ومن المقرر أن يتم طرح أكثر من 150 قطعة أرض للبيع بمساحات متنوعة تبدأ من 350 مترًا مربعًا للفلل السكنية، و1,000 متر مربع للعمائر السكنية والتجارية، مستهدفةً بذلك شريحة واسعة من المستثمرين الأفراد والشركات، على أن تنطلق مرحلة الحجز والبيع خلال الشهر القادم.
وجاء اختيار شركة جنّات العقارية كمسوّق حصري للمشروع انطلاقًا من سجلّها الحافل في تسويق المشاريع النوعية، وخبرتها المتنامية في السوق العقاري، لا سيّما في المنطقة الشرقية، حيث نجحت في بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع نخبة من المستثمرين والمؤسسات العقارية، ورسّخت مكانتها كشريك موثوق في التطوير والتسويق العقاري.
