مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينجح في إجراء جراحة لـثلاثينية عانت من عملية سمنة سابقة

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية تصحيحية ناجحة لجراحة تحويل مسار مصغر غير دقيقة، أجريت لمريضة ثلاثينية في مستشفى آخر، قبل نحو "8" سنوات، وترتب عليها مضاعفات حادة، ومستمرة لها.
وقال د.حفظي الرطروط استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحة السمنة، ورئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المريضة راجعت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من حزمة أعراض، أبرزها عودة السمنة إذ تزايد وزنها وبلغ نحو "120" كجم، إضافة إلى ارتجاع المريئي الحاد المستمر والمزمن، مع آلام حادة بالبطن.

أخبار متعلقة أرقام صادمة.. خبراء البيئة يكشفون معدلات هدر الطعام سنويًا في رمضانشاهد| "عين الذيابة".. موطن الذئاب والسباع في "سنار لينة"وأوضح أن الفريق الطبي أجرى لها عدة فحوصات دقيقة، من بينها منظار المعدة العلوي والأشعة بالصبغة، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود قرحة كبيرة في موضع العملية السابقة، والتواء في المعدة، بالإضافة إلى ناسور بين المعدة الجديدة والمعدة المتبقية في البطن، وهذا أمر نادر في مثل هذه الحالات، وقال أنه تمت دراسة الحالة على ضوء المعطيات التي وفرتها نتائج الفحوصات الطبية، وخلص إلى أن الإجراء المناسب هو التدخل الجراحي بالمنظار، وبعد اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة وتحضير المريضة تم استئصال الناسور وتصغير حجم المعدة مع إزالة جزء منها، وجزء من الأمعاء الدقيقة .
ومن ثم إعادة الأمعاء إلى الوضع الذي كانت عليه قبل إجراء العملية الأولى "تحويل المسار المصغر"، إضافة إلى إجراء عملية تحويل مسار كلاسيكي لها، واستمرت العملية ساعتين دون أي مضاعفات، وتكللت ولله الحمد بنجاح كبير، ونقلت المريضة من غرفة العمليات إلى غرفة التنويم بحالة مستقرة، وأمضت قرابة يومين منومة قيد الرعاية الطبية، قبل أن تغادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
