"دار وإعمار" تشارك في معرض "أُوَفِّر" لمنسوبي "أرامكو السعودية"

شاركت "دار وإعمار" -الشركة الرائدة في قطاع الاستثمار والتطوير العقاري بالمملكة-، في معرض "Offer Home Event" التابع لبرنامج "أُوَفِّر" لموظفي أرامكو السعودية، والذي أُقيم في مركز معارض الظهران للمؤتمرات والفعاليات (إكسبو) - الدمام، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 25 إلى 27 أبريل 2024م.

من جانبه، عبَّر أسامة الخنيزي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "دار وإعمار"، عن سعادته بنجاح فريق الشركة في عرض مشاريعها النموذجيَّة والمتكاملة والفريدة من نوعها في قلب أهم المدن والأحياء بالمملكة، والتي تجمع بين متطلبات الراحة والعمليَّة وحياة الرفاهية، وتُشكِّل فرصة مثاليَّة لزوَّار معرض "Offer Home Event" التابع لبرنامج "أُوَفِّر" لموظفي أرامكو السعودية.
وجذب جناح شركة "دار وإعمار" زوَّار المعرض الذي شارك فيه أكثر من 90 عارضًا من الشركات الرائدة في المملكة، حيث ساهم جناح الشركة في إثراء المعرض، بِمجموعةٍ من المشاريع والحلول الإسكانيَّة التي تلبِّي احتياجات موظفي شركة "أرامكو" وأسرهم، لا سيما مشروع "تالا السيف" الراقي الذي يُقدِّم للزوَّار فرصة العيش في أيقونةٍ إسكانيَّةٍ مُصمَّمةٍ لِتلبية أعلى مستويات الفخامة والتميُّز، متسقًا مع نمط الحياة الاجتماعي والطابع العمرانيّ لثقافة المدن السعودية.
الجدير بالذكر أن المعرض يهدف إلى توفير منصةٍ يجتمع فيها العديد من الشركات التي تُقدِّم عروضًا على منتجاتها وخدماتها في مجالاتٍ متنوِّعة، أبرزها: التصميم الداخلي، الأثاث، الأجهزة المنزليَّة، وغيرها؛ لتلبية احتياجات موظفي أرامكو وعائلاتهم.
وقد تضمَّن المعرض 8 جلساتٍ وورشات عمل وحلقاتٍ نقاشية، تحدَّث فيها خبراء عن البنية التحتيَّة، والأمن المنزلي، والتصميم الداخلي، وغيرها من المواضيع، بمشاركة أكثر من 20 متحدثًا وخبيرًا، عززت الحصيلة المعرفيَّة للزوَّار، ومنحتهم فرصة الاطلاع الكامل على آخر المستجدات، ومكَّنتهم من اقتناص أفضل الخيارات المناسبة؛ لتلبية احتياجاتهم ورغباتهم.

أخبار متعلقة "الأرصاد" ينبه من ضباب كثيف وأمطار على المنطقة الشرقيةإنذار أحمر في الشرقية.. استمرار الضباب الكثيف وانعدام في الرؤية الأفقيةونوّه سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية بالمجهودات التي تقوم بها وزارة النقل لتنفيذ مشاريع الطرق في المنطقة الشرقية، التي تتميز بوجود شبكة مترامية من الطرق، بينها طرق دولية، في ظل الدعم الكبير من القيادة الرشيدة – حفظها الله – لقطاع النقل، بهدف تعزيز السلامة والجودة والابتكار في شبكة الطرق، وتحقيق مستهدفات استراتيجية وطنية ترتكز على رفع كفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية، وتسهيل حركة النقل، وتعزيز الاقتصاد من خلال مبادرات تعمل على التقليل من الحوادث المرورية.
وشدّد سموه على سرعة إنجاز مشاريع الطرق القائمة حاليًا في المنطقة، مع التركيز على متابعة صيانة بعض الطرق الحيوية التي تشهد ضغطًا مروريًا، لافتًا سموه إلى الدور المهم الذي يجب أن تقوم به أمانة المنطقة الشرقية وفرع وزارة النقل في التأكد من سلامة الطرق وجودتها عبر الأجهزة الحديثة التي تمكن من قياس جودة الطرق والتأكد من توافر وسائل السلامة بها.
وأوضح مدير عام فرع وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية بالمنطقة المهندس أحمد اليامي أن المملكة تسير اليوم بخطى ثابتة نحو تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية 2030، حيث اعتمد سمو ولي العهد برنامج قطاع الطرق المنبثق عن الاستراتيجية الوطنية للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، والذي يركز على الجودة والسلامة والكثافة المرورية، بهدف تعزيز مكانة المملكة كمركز لوجستي عالمي ودعم تكامل أنماط النقل.
وأشار إلى أن المنطقة الشرقية تتميز بشبكة طرق يتجاوز طولها (7000) كيلو متر، تُعد عنصرًا أساسيًا في دعم حركة الاقتصاد الوطني، ولضمان جودة هذه الشبكة واستدامتها، تركز الوزارة على محورين رئيسيين:
الأول يتعلق بمشاريع تنفيذ الطرق، حيث يجري حاليًا تنفيذ (12) مشروعًا بتكاليف إجمالية تتجاوز (1.6) مليار وستمائة مليون ريال، وقد بلغ متوسط نسبة الإنجاز فيها حتى الآن (50%).
أما المحور الثاني فيختص بمشاريع صيانة الطرق، والتي تشمل عقود التشغيل والصيانة لشبكة الطرق الحالية ضمن خمسة عقود للصيانة مبنية على الأداء بتكاليف بلغت (300) مليون ريال.
وأكد المهندس اليامي أنه يجري العمل على (31) مشروعًا للصيانة الوقائية بتكاليف تتجاوز مليارًا ومئتي مليون ريال، وتشمل إصلاح طرق بطول (1800) كيلومتر على مسارات محددة، إضافة إلى إصلاح (9) منشآت خرسانية، وقد بلغ متوسط نسبة الإنجاز في هذه المشاريع (39%). ولفت إلى أن الوزارة تسعى إلى رفع الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف من خلال استخدام تقنيات حديثة في تنفيذ وصيانة شبكة الطرق، بما يعزز الاستدامة ويقلل من مدة تنفيذ المشاريع.
وأشار إلى أن المشروعين الحيويين اللذين دشنهما سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية مؤخرًا، وهما: مشروع صفوى – رحيمة الذي يشمل جسرًا بحريًا فريدًا، ومشروع تطوير تقاطع طريق أبو حدرية مع طريق الأحساء – بقيق، سيسهمان في تعزيز السلامة المرورية، ودعم القطاعات الحيوية وصناعات الطاقة بالمنطقة، وتحسين جودة الحياة.
