وزارة العمل: "الحوار الإجتماعي" مُستمر لمناقشة مشروع قانون العمل

استكمل المجلس الأعلى للحوار الإجتماعي في مجال العمل، برئاسة حسن شحاتة وزير العمل، اليوم الإثنين، جلساته لمُناقشة مواد جديدة من مشروع قانون العمل - الذي سَيُطبق على كل من يعمل بأجر في مصر- وذلك تمهيدًا لعرضه على مجلس النواب لمُناقشته ،وسُرعة إصداره ، بهدف تحقيق المزيد من الأمان الوظيفي للعمال ، والتشجيع على الإستثمار،تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية ،حيث يُشارك في جلسات "الحوار" –المُنعقدة في ديوان عام "الوزارة" - مُمثلي أطراف العمل الثلاثة " حكومة وأصحاب أعمال وعمال".
وتضمن جدول الأعمال اعتماد الجلستين السابقتين، واستعراض ومُناقشة مواد في "المشروع" - من المادة 20 وحتى 48 من 267 مادة هي إجمالي "مواد المشروع" – وأبرزها مواد "التشغيل في الداخل والخارج."،كذلك مواد خاصة بالتدريب وتنمية مهارات الموارد البشرية.
كما تَضَّمن "جدول الأعمال" عرض دراسة حول تحديات سوق العمل في مصر قدمها د. سيد تركي مُستشار إتحاد الصناعات المصرية..أكد خلالها على المتغيرات التي شهدها سوق العمل ،وأهمية التدريب المهني وتأهيل الشباب ،وربط التعليم الفني والتدريب بإحتياجات سوق العمل.
وأكد المجتمعون على أهمية صياغة بيئة عمل لائقة تتوفر فيها كافة وسائل وثقافة السلامة والصحة المهنية ،وعلاقات العمل المُتوازنة،لصالح العامل وصاحب العمل"طرفي العملية الإنتاجية"، ومُعالجة القصـور بتشريع العمل الحالي الصادر بالقـانون رقـم 12 لسـنة 2003..

حددت وزارة التعليم زمن الاختبارات التحريرية للمواد الدراسية لنهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي الحالي 1447هـ، وذلك لمدارس التعليم العام للبنين والبنات في جميع مناطق ومحافظات المملكة. وستنطلق الاختبارات اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق الخامس عشر من شهر رجب القادم.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المواد التي تُدرس من حصة إلى حصتين أسبوعياً سيكون زمن اختبارها ساعة واحدة للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة، وساعة ونصف للمرحلة الثانوية. أما المواد التي تتراوح حصصها بين ثلاث وأربع حصص، فسيكون زمن اختبارها ساعة ونصف للابتدائية والمتوسطة، وساعتين للثانوية.
