googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1600588014572-0'); }); تبدأ اليوم الأحد الموافق 4 مايو 2025م، فترة الاكتتاب على أسهم شركة أدير العقارية في السوق الموازية "نمو"، حيث سيتم طرح مليون سهم بسعر 85 ريالًا للسهم الواحد، وتستمر فترة الاكتتاب لمدة خمسة أيام، حتى نهاية يوم الخميس الموافق 8 مايو 2025م.

من جانبه أكد متعب بن حمد آل سعد، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أدير العقارية، أن هذا الطرح يمثل خطوة هامة في مسيرة نمو الشركة وتعزيز مكانتها في السوق العقاري السعودي.
وأوضح أن شركة أدير العقارية تتبنى طموحات واضحة تتماشى مع رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، مدعومة بسجل حافل من الإنجازات خلال السنوات الماضية.
ومن المقرر الإعلان عن التخصيص النهائي للأسهم في موعد أقصاه 12 مايو 2025م، على أن يتم رد الفائض خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ التخصيص.
