"دار القياس للمزادات" تقيم مزاد لبيع 17 عقارًا متنوعًا في المنطقة الشرقية

أعلنت "دار القياس للمزادات" وباشراف من مركز الإسناد والتصفية "إنفاذ"، عن إقامة مزاد "أجوان ريستاتكس"، لبيع 17 عقارًا متنوعًا بمواقع استثنائية؛ وذلك يوم الأربعاء الموافق 01 نوفمبر 2023م ، ضمن معرض ريستاتكس الشرقية العقاري والمقام على أرض معارض الظهران الدولية (الظهران إكسبو ).
وأوضحت الشركة أن العقارات المعروضة في المزاد تمتاز بمواقعها الفريدة في المنطقة الشرقية وبقربها من المعالم الرئيسية، مثل الواجهة البحرية بالخبر والدمام، إضافة إلى قرب بعض العقارات من مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي العالمي "إثراء"، هذا بالإضافة إلى الكثافة السكانية المحيطة بها والأنشطة التجارية المختلفة القريبة منها؛ حيث تُعد العقارات المطروحة في مزاد "أجوان ريستاتكس" من أبرز العقارات المتميزة التي تم طرحها في المنطقة.
ومن المتوقع أن يشهد المزاد تنافسًا كبيرًا بين نخبة من رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين والمهتمين بالقطاع العقاري والاستثماري؛ لندرة العقارات المطروحة، تحت إشراف مركز الإسناد والتصفية "إنفاذ"، الذي يعد أحد مبادرات برنامج التحول الوطني ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030..

أعلن مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي العالمي (إثراء) عن إطلاق معرض "الباسقات" مساء اليوم الموافق 9 أكتوبر 2025م داخل القاعة الكبرى بالمركز، احتفاءً بالنخلة بوصفها رمزًا ثقافيًا وإرثًا حيًا ومتجذرًا في ذاكرة سكان الجزيرة العربية، وذلك تزامنًا مع إطلاق "مبادرة الخوص" التي تأتي تماشيًا مع عام الحرف و تسعى إلى إعادة تخيل حرفة نسيج سعف النخيل بروحٍ معاصرة.
ويأتي معرض الباسقات امتدادًا لاحتفاء إثراء بالنخلة، باعتبارها ركيزة في تاريخ الجزيرة العربية منذ أكثر من ستة آلاف عام، وبوصفها أيقونة متجذّرة في الشعر والعمارة والذاكرة، وتعدّ المملكة اليوم موطنًا لأكثر من 33 مليون نخلة أي ما يعادل 27% من نخيل العالم، وتظلّ واحة الأحساء على امتداد شاسع بوصفها أكبر واحات النخيل عالميًا، والمدرجة على قائمة اليونسكو للتراث العالمي، تحتوي واحاتها وحدها على أكثر من 2.5 مليون نخلة.

ويضم المعرض 15 عملًا فنيًا لـ 25 فنانًا من داخل المملكة وخارجها، بإشراف القيّمين الفنيين "سامر يماني" و"رزان مصري"، في تجربة فنية تستكشف حضور النخيل في الذاكرة، وتعيد قراءتها من منظورٍ جمالي يجمع بين الفن والتراث وبين الماديّ والرمزيّ، إذ يعكس تصميم المعرض دلالات متعددة من خلال فضاءات فنية تتداخل فيها عناصر النخلة من خشبٍ وحبالٍ وليف، لتصوغ مشهدًا بصريًا يشبه العريش الذي يظلل الذاكرة.
