المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية توقع اتفاقية تأجير مركز لوجستي لـأمازون الإمارات

الشارقة في 29 أكتوبر/ وام / وقعت هيئة المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجي مع أمازون الإمارات يتم بموجبها تأجير مركز لوجستي جديد لشركة أمازون وذلك في إطار حرصها على تعزيز وتسريع خدمات التوصيل للعملاء في الإمارات الشمالية.
وتأتي الاتفاقية المبرمة تماشياً مع رؤية المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية الهادفة لتعزيز النمو والابتكار الاقتصادي في المنطقة وتعكس التزام أمازون وسعيها المستمرلتعزيز وجودها في جميع أنحاء الدولة.
وسيقدّم المركز الجديد بمجرد انطلاق أعماله خدمات توصيل سلسة في جميع أنحاء الإمارات الشمالية وذلك بالاستفادة من تضافر العوامل المتمثلة بالموقع الاستراتيجي والبنية التحتية المتطورة التي تمتاز بهما المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية والخبرات التقنية والتشغيلية الريادية لشركة أمازون والتي تمتد لأكثر من 20 عاماً على مستوى العالم الأمر الذي سينعكس ايجاباً على زيادة مستوى الراحة والموثوقية وتحسين تجربة العملاء في عمليات الشراء عبر الإنترنت.
وأعرب الشيخ خالد بن عبد الله القاسمي رئيس هيئة الشارقة للموانئ والجمارك والمناطق الحرة عن سعادته بهذا التعاون مؤكداً أن المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية ترحب باتفاقية التعاون مع أمازون والتي تجسد التزام الهيئة الراسخ وحرصها على بناء بيئة اقتصادية مثالية تعزز من فرص نمو وتطور الشركات على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي إضافة الى القيمة المضافة التي توفرها الهيئة للمستثمرين والشركات العالمية المتخصصة والتي تجعل من إمارة الشارقة الوجهة الأبرز لتأسيس الأعمال والتوسع نحو أسواق واعدة.
من جانبه قال نائب رئيس أمازون في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا رونالدو مشحور.. “ يشكل تعاوننا مع المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية خطوة استراتيجية مهمّةً في مسيرة نموّنا في كافّة أنحاء الإمارات إذ ستمكننا البنية التحتية المتطورة للمنطقة الحرة والدعم التشغيلي الذي تقدمه من تلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة لعملائنا بكل سرعة وموثوقيه ويسعدنا في هذا الصدد الدخول في شراكة مع هيئة المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية لنساهم معاً في دعم رؤية الدولة الرامية لتعزيز اقتصاد رقمي متنوع، وذلك بالتزامن مع سعينا المستمر لتعزيز بصمتنا ووجودنا في الإمارات”.
وتأتي الاتفاقية بين حرة الحمرية وأمازون خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز مسيرة النمو الاقتصادي في المنطقة إذ تجتمع هيئة المنطقة الحرة بالحمرية وأمازون الإمارات لتحقيق هدف مشترك وهو تسريع وتيرة التقدم والابتكار والتنمية المستدامة في المنطقة.

من جانبه أوضح الأمين العام لمؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية الدكتور عيسى بن حسن الأنصاري: أن الهدف من توقيع الاتفاقية مع مؤسسة البصر الخيرية العالمية هو التخفيف من معاناة المصابين بأمراض العمى ، وكذلك التعاون في تنفيذ برامج صحية وإقامة حملات طبية لمكافحة أمراض العمى في عدد من الدول الافريقية والاسيوية ، وتقديم الخدمات التي تساعد في دعم الأمور التنموية الإنسانية والأعمال الخيرية من خلال تنفيذ البرامج والمناشط في مساعدة المحتاجين من المكفوفين، والمساهمة في توفير احتياجات المكفوفين المحتاجين من الأجهزة الطبية ونحوها، وكذلك تأهيل وتدريب العاملين في مجال طب العيون.
من جانبه شكر الأمين العام لمؤسسة البصر العالمية الدكتور عادل بن عبدالعزيز الرشود ، مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد على تعاونها مع المؤسسة البصر في مساعدة ودعم المحتاجين من المكفوفين؛ قائلاً: إن مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية تعد من المؤسسات الإنسانية الرائدة والمميزة في المملكة، ونحن فخورون اليوم بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية مع المؤسسة التي تفاجئنا دائمًا بالمبادرات المثمرة .
مبينا أن مؤسسة البصر العالمية هي منظمة إنسانية دولية تعمل تحت مظلة الهيئة العالمية لمكافحة العمى وتتعاون مع مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية وتقوم بجهود متخصصة في مكافحة العمى والأمراض المسببة له ورعاية مرض العيون المحتاجين وتوفير ما يلزمهم من علاج طبي وعمليات وأجهزة طبية ونحوها وتأهيل وتعليم وتنمية الموارد البشرية في مجال طب العيون.
