بنغلاديش تحث الإنتربول على توقيف رئيسة الوزراء المعزولة

طلبت محكمة في بنغلاديش، اليوم الثلاثاء، من منظمة الشرطة الدولية "الإنتربول" إصدار نشرة حمراء بتوقيف رئيسة الوزراء المعزولة الشيخة حسينة، فيما يتعلق بمقتل مئات المتظاهرين خلال انتفاضة شعبية ضدها.
وفرت حسينة، إلى الهند في 5 أغسطس الماضي، مع مساعديها المقربين ووزراء سابقين، بعدما قضت 15 عامًا في الحكم.
وتولى محمد يونس، الحائز على جائزة نوبل للسلام رئاسة حكومة مؤقتة في بنغلاديش، يوم 8 أغسطس الماضي، وأعاد لاحقًا تشكيل المحكمة التي كانت تنظر قضايا الجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي ارتكبت خلال حرب الاستقلال، التي خاضتها البلاد ضد باكستان في عام 1971.
وقال المدعي العام للمحكمة، سلطان محمود، إنهم خاطبوا الإنتربول عبر قائد الشرطة ليطلبوا المساعدة من المنظمة التي تتخذ من فرنسا مقرًا لها، في توقيف الشيخة حسينة وآخرين.
وتعهدت الحكومة التي يقودها يونس بمحاكمة حسينة، وقالت إنها ستسعى إلى ترحيلها من الهند.
