أنقذ مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، حياة رجل "أربعيني"، أصيب بجلطة قلبية حادة في الشريان التاجي الأيسر، وبفضل من الله تمكن فريق طبي قاده د. محمد العوامي استشاري أمراض القلب والأشعة التداخلية، من إزالة الانسداد واستعادة التروية الطبيعية للقلب خلال وقت قصير، لم يتجاوز الـ"20" دقيقة.

. تجربة فريدة تعكس عمق التراث الزراعي والثقافي6 إجراءات.. خطوات الإبلاغ عن فقدان هوية مقيم بكل سهولةوقال د. العوامي أن المراجع كان يرافق زوجته وابنته المولودة حديثا المنومتين بالمستشفى، وأصيب بشكل مفاجئ بآلام حادة في الصدر مع اضطراب بضربات القلب، فتم على الفور اخضاعه لتخطيط القلب وتصوير تلفزيوني سريع، وبينت النتائج أنه مصاب بجلطة حادة في الشريان التاجي الأيسر، مع ضعف في جزء من عضلة القلب، وبعد تشخيص الحالة تم إدخاله مباشرة إلى الإنعاش القلبي ومنحه الأدوية المسيلة للدم، ثم نُقل لمختبر القسطرة القلبية، حيث أجريت له عملية قسطرة طارئة، تم فيها إزالة الجلطة بنجاح ولله الحمد، وتأمين مرور الدم بشكل طبيعي، وكل ذلك تم في وقت قياسي لم يتجاوز الـ"20" دقيقة من لحظة وصوله إلى مركز الطوارئ، ونُقل من غرفة العمليات بحالة مستقرة إلى العناية المركزة القلبية ووضع تحت المراقبة لمدة "48" ساعة، ومن ثم حُوِل إلى غرفة التنويم التي أمضى فيها يوماً إضافياً، محاطاً بعناية طبية حثيثة إلى أن تحسنت حالته وخرج إلى منزله. وأكدت فحوصات ما بعد التدخل الطبي سلامة عضلة القلب وتعافيها بشكل كامل من الجلطة.
وأوضح د. العوامي أن علاج مرضى الجلطات القلبية الحادة، يتطلب السرعة في التقييم الطبي الدقيق، والتعاون بين قسمي الطوارئ وقسم القلب والقسطرة القلبية، لإتمام فتح الشريان في وقت قياسي، مثل ما حدث مع هذا المراجع وقد كان حصوله على الرعاية عالية الجودة، وبالسرعة اللازمة، عاملاً حاسماً وجنّبه الكثير من التبعات الصحية الوخيمة، التي كانت من الممكن أن تهدد حياته لا قدر الله.
