عاجل.. "فيتش" تخفض التصنيف الإئتماني لأكبر 4 بنوك في مصر.. أعرف السبب؟!

أعلنت وكالة فيتش للتصنيف الائتماني خفضها لتصنيف أربعة بنوك كبيرة في مصر، من بينهما أكبر بنكين حكوميين.

وكشفت الوكالة في تقرير حديث أنها خفضت التصنيف الائتماني للبنك الأهلي المصري وبنك مصر واللذان يعدان أكبر بنكان حكوميان في مصر، بجانب البنك التجاري الدولي (مصر) (EGX:COMI) (CIB) وهو من أكبر البنوك الخاصة في مصر، وبنك القاهرة إلى "-B" من "B" مع نظرة مستقبلية مستقرة، وذلك تماشيًا مع تصنيف الائتماني للبلاد.
وقالت الوكالة أن سبب خفض تصنيف البنوك يعود إلى التعرض الكبير للديون الحكومية، فضلًا عن تقديم هذه البنوك قروضًا ضخمة للشركات الحكومية، مما يجعلها عرضة لمخاطر التخلف عن السداد التي تواجهها البلاد.
وتابعت وكالة "فيتش": "إن تراجع الأوضاع الاقتصادية، بما في ذلك شح النقد الأجنبي والتضخم المتصاعد والاضطرابات الجيوسياسية، كان له تأثير سلبي على التصنيف الائتماني للبنوك الاربعة".
ويذكر أن الوكالة قد خفضت تصنيف مصر الائتماني إلى "B-" من "B"، مطلع هذا الشهر. وأشارت الوكالة إلى ارتفاع المخاطر المتعلقة بالتمويل الخارجي والزيادة في الديون الحكومية كأسباب لهذا الخفض، مؤكدة أن هذا التخفيض يعكس زيادة المخاطر المتعلقة بالتمويل الخارجي لمصر والتصاعد الحالي للدين الحكومي.
على الجانب الأخر غيرت وكالة التصنيف توقعاتها المستقبلية لمصر من "سلبية" إلى "مستقرة"، مطلع هذا الشهر، لافتة إلى أن هذه التوقعات المستقرة تعكس التوقعات بأن الفترة بعد الانتخابات الرئاسية المقررة في ديسمبر ستشهد تسارعًا في الإصلاحات وتقديم مشاريع ضخمة وتعديلات على سعر الصرف، ومن المحتمل أن يؤدي ذلك إلى برنامج أكبر بالتعاون مع صندوق النقد الدولي.
والجدير بالذكر أن وكالة موديز أيضًا قررت خفض تصنيف الودائع طويلة الأجل في خمس بنوك مصرية بدرجة واحدة، الشهر الماضي، وهي بنوك: البنك الأهلي المصري، وبنك مصر، وبنك القاهرة، والبنك التجاري الدولي، إلى Caa1 من B3؛ وبنك الإسكندرية إلى B3 من B2.
