مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينهي معاناة "خليجية " مع ورم نادر متشعب من البنكرياس إلى المعدة والطحال

أنهى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، على يد فريق طبي متخصص في جراحات أورام الجهاز الهضمي، آلام سيدة "خليجية" تبلغ من العمر "35" عاماً، مع ورم نادر نشأ بالبنكرياس وتشعب إلى المعدة، مسبباً عدة أعراض حادة.
وقال د. أسامة السيف استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحة أورام الجهاز الهضمي، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المريضة راجعت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من آلام تتمدد من البطن إلى الظهر، وفقدان الشهية وتناقص حاد بالوزن، وخضعت لحزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة، أبرزها الموجات فوق الصوتية (الألتراساوند)، والتصوير المقطعي المُحوسب ، والتصوير بالرنين MRI، وكشفت النتائج بوضوح إصابتها بورم متمدد من البنكرياس إلى جدار المعدة الخلفي، وبينت التحاليل المخبرية لاحقاً أن هذا الورم نادر ولم يسجل من نوعه في البحوث العلمية إلا "26" حالة على مستوى العالم، مضيفاً أن الفريق الطبي توافق على ضرورة استئصال الورم جراحياً بشكل فوري، نظراً لتمدده لبعض أجزاء البطن الأخرى، وبعد اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة أخضعت المريضة لعملية دقيقة، استمرت 3 ساعات، وجرى فيها استئصال الورم مع جزء من جدار المعدة وذيل البنكرياس والطحال، مع المحافظة على كافة الأعضاء الملاصقة لمنطقة الإصابة، وأضاف أن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقلت المريضة إلى العناية المركزة، ثم حولت إلى غرفة تنويم اعتيادية، وتحسنت حالتها ولله الحمد مع العناية الطبية ، وغادرت المستشفى بعد "5" أيام ، وقد تخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي قادتها إلى المستشفى، ومن المقرر أن تخضع إلى برنامج للعلاج الكيماوي.
