استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة القصيم بمكتبه اليوم، راشد الراشد الحميد، بمناسبة ترشيحه رئيساً للجنة رعاية السجناء والمفرج عنهم وأسرهم بالمنطقة، بحضور وكيل الإمارة الدكتور عبدالرحمن الوزان.
