قطر للطاقة تخطر مساهمي مسيعيد القابضة بالتخصيص الثاني للأسهم التشجيعية

أخطرت قطر للطاقة، المؤسس والمساهم الرئيسي في شركة مسيعيد للبتروكيماويات القابضة مسيعيد القابضة (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية ) اليوم، مساهمي الشركة المستوفين لشروط الاستحقاق وفقا للآليات المنصوص عليها في نشرة الطرح والإدراج، بأنهم سيحصلون على الدفعة الثانية والأخيرة من الأسهم التشجيعية المجانية، كما في إغلاق تداول يوم 31 ديسمبر 2023 ببورصة قطر.
جاء ذلك في بيان لبورصة قطر اليوم.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه الدفعة تعادل 50 % من عدد الأسهم التي خصصت لهم وقت الاكتتاب العام للشركة.
وقال سعادة المهندس سعد بن شريده الكعبي وزير الدولة لشؤون الطاقة، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لقطر للطاقة، إن برنامج الأسهم التشجيعية المجانية التي تم تخصيصها للمساهمين القطريين الذين شاركوا في الاكتتاب العام للشركة واستوفوا شروط الاستحقاق، يمثل شهادة أخرى تؤكد على سياسات الدولة في ظل التوجيهات الكريمة لحضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير البلاد المفدى "حفظه الله ورعاه" نحو تشجيع المواطنين القطريين على الاستثمار طويل الأجل.
وأضاف سعادته:" ستبدأ قطر للطاقة قريبا في تنفيذ التزامها بمنح الأسهم التشجيعية لكل مواطن قطري شارك في الاكتتاب العام للشركة واستوفى جميع الشروط المنصوص عليها في نشرة الطرح والإدراج في التاريخ المحدد لمنحها. وبحصول المساهمين المؤهلين على الدفعة الثانية من الأسهم التشجيعية المجانية، يحق لهم الحصول على أية توزيعات أرباح محتملة للعام المالي 2023." يذكر أن الأسهم التشجيعية المجانية هي أسهم عادية ومتساوية في الحقوق مع أسهم رأس المال من كافة النواحي، علما بأن هذا التوزيع لن تترتب عليه أية زيادة أو تغيير في رأس مال الشركة، إذ سيتم تخصيصه من حصة قطر للطاقة في شركة مسيعيد للبتروكيماويات القابضة.
