وزير الإسكان يفتتح منتدى الوطنية للإسكان لسلاسل الإمداد العقاري2024

بحضور ورعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبد الله الحقيل، اليوم، افتتح منتدى الوطنية للإسكان لسلاسل الإمداد العقاري2024, بحضور عددًا من المسؤولين في القطاعين العام والخاص، ومن الشركات المحلية والدولية.

وخلال أيام المنتدى سيتم توقيع 77 اتفاقية من بينها 6 مذكرات تفاهم و 20 اتفاقية للشركات الراغبة في الأستثمار للمناطق الصناعية و23 اتفاقية للشراء المفتوح اتحاتها الوطنية للإسكان للمطورين والمقاولين للاستفادة من تامناطق الصناعية وتمت 28 صفقة من المطورين والمقاولين عبر منصة مواد لشراء مواد البناء من المناطق الصناعية
وأنهت "الوطنية للإسكان" اتفاقيات مع عدد من المصانع الصينية والمحلية لتنضم للمدينة الصناعية والمناطق اللوجستية لمواد البناء التي تنفذها في مدينة الرياض بناء على الاتفاقية مع مجموعة سيتك الصينية لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد، وتخدم مشاريع الشركة وتعزز من جودتها، وسرعة إنجازها، كما عقدت جلسات حوارية مثرية للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار حول أحدث التطورات في مجال التطوير العقاري، وتسليط الضوء على إسهامات المدن الصناعية في تعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي لسلاسل الإمداد، وما تقدمه من كفاءة عالية وقيمة مضافة للقطاع.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الوطنية للإسكان محمد البطي خلال افتتاح المنتدى أن الشركة لديها دور إستراتيجي في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، وهو ما دفعها إلى إيجاد حلول نوعية واستباقية لتأمين سلاسل ودعم المحتوى المحلي، وذلك من خلال عدة برامج، مثل منصة مواد التي حققت تعاملات تصل إلى 2 مليار ريال، وبلغ عدد الاتفاقيات في المنصة منذ إطلاقها 140 اتفاقية مع أكثر من 90 مصنعًا وموردًا محليًّا، ساهمت بتحقيق وفورات للمطورين والمقاولين تجاوزت 20%، كما وصلت الشركة إلى تحقيق 54٪؜ كنسبة الاستفادة من المحتوى المحلي في مشاريعها وتعاقدت مع أكثر من 2000 منشأة محلياً من خلال برنامج ركائز الذي أطلقته الوطنية للإسكان مطلع هذا العام.
وأشار البطي إلى أن قيمة الشراكة مع مجموعة سيتيك الصينية لإنشاء مدينة صناعية ومناطق لوجستية تتجاوز 3 مليارات ريال، وسيكون لها دور فعّال في تحسينِ جودة مشاريعنا، وتعزيز الإنتاج المحلي، وخلق حوالي 10 آلاف فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير مباشرة، وستسهم المدينةُ الصناعية في تعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي والتنموي للقطاع العقاري بقيمة تصل إلى 33 مليار ريال.
ويتضمن المنتدى عددٍ من الجلسات الحوارية لتسليط الضوء على أثر سلاسل الإمداد في منظومة التطوير العقاري، إلى جانب كفاءة المناطق الصناعية واللوجستية للمشاريع، ومناقشة الابتكار في إستراتيجيات سلاسل الإمداد العقارية، إضافةً إلى الحديث عن دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة مفاصل سلاسل الإمداد، وذلك مع نخبة من المشاركين والمستثمرين لتبادل الخبرات بين الشركات المحلية والعالمية وتعزيز شبكات سلاسل الإمداد.
الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة والتي تتسم بجودة الحياة، حيث تضخ أكثر من 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م في 9 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات سكنية على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2 وتتسع لأكثر من مليون ونصف مواطن، وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
