وبهذه المناسبة، صرحت غادة الجربوع، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في الأول، قائلة: "يعكس هذا الإنجاز التزام فرق العمليات لدينا، والأثر الإيجابي الذي أحدثته رحلة التحول التي نخوضها نحو بناء عمليات أكثر كفاءة وذكاء وسرعة."
وأضافت: "من خلال برنامج OPS 2.0، لم نُعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية فحسب، بل أرسينا الأساس لنمو قابل للتوسع مبني على البيانات، يتماشى مع طموحنا الأوسع نحو الريادة في الابتكار المصرفي."
ومن جانبها، صرحت أيشا تاياغي، المديرة العام لمؤتمر Customer Experience Live: "تُعد جوائز الصناعة من CX Live من أبرز الجوائز المنتظرة لدى المؤسسات، بفضل نظام الفلترة الواضح والمعايير الدقيقة. التميز التشغيلي لا يعني مجرد تحديث الأدوات، بل هو تحول فكري في كيفية تعامل المؤسسات مع الكفاءة وتجربة العملاء. الأمر الذي يؤكد على إن المستقبل ينتمي إلى الجهات التي تجمع بين الذكاء والرؤية."
