استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية في مكتبه اليوم، الدكتور أحمد بن حمد البوعلي بمناسبة تعيينه مديرًا للهيئة العامة للأوقاف في المنطقة الشرقية.

وثمن سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية الدور الذي تقوم به الهيئة في العناية بالأوقاف، وسن التشريعات والنظم التي تسهم في العناية بها والمحافظة عليها، مقدمًا التهنئة للدكتور البوعلي، سائلاً الله له التوفيق والسداد.
وأوضح مدير الهيئة العامة للأوقاف في المنطقة الشرقية أن الهيئة تعمل على تطوير أعمالها بصورة مستمرة، وحققت عددًا من المنجزات التنموية على جميع الأصعدة في ظل دعم القيادة الرشيدة.
وبيّن أن الهيئة تهدف إلى تنظيم الأوقاف، والمحافظة عليها وتطويرها وتنميتها، بما يحقق شروط واقفيها، ويعزز دورها في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكافل الاجتماعي، وفقًا لمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية والأنظمة، كما تقوم بالإشراف الرقابي على أعمال النَظارة، واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية لتحقيق أهداف الوقف دون الدخول في أعمال النَظارة، وتقدم عددًا من الخدمات منها الموافقة على طلبات إنشاء الأوقاف العامة والمشتركة التي تُمّول عن طريق جمع التبرعات، وإقامة المشروعات الوقفية، وصرف غلال الأوقاف على الأغراض الموقوفة من أجلها وتطوير الصيغ الوقفية القائمة، وإيجاد صيغ وقفية جديدة.
واستعرض البوعلي جهود الهيئة في المنطقة الشرقية ومحافظاتها، وما أُنجز خلال الفترة الماضيه، مثمنًا اهتمام سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية بجهود الهيئة في المنطقة.
