تلقى خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله - رسالة خطية، من فخامة الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين رئيس روسيا الاتحادية، تتصل بالعلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين.
