برعاية سمو أمير منطقة الجوف، استضافت جامعة الجوف معالي رئيس هيئة حقوق الدكتورة هلا بنت مزيد التويجري، حيث ألقت محاضرة بعنوان : نظام هيئة حقوق الإنسان في المملكة العربية السعودية، بحضور رئيس الجامعة الدكتور محمد بن عبدالله الشايع, وقيادات الجامعة ومنسوبيها وطلابها.
وتحدثت الدكتورة التويجري عن النظام الأساسي لهيئة حقوق الإنسان ودورها ومهامها على المستوى الوطني والدولي، كما ألقت الضوء على أبرز الإصلاحات والتطورات التاريخية الرائدة للمملكة في مجال حقوق الإنسان.
