وفي سياق متصل، امتد تأثير انقطاع التيار ليشمل الصالة الخارجية المخصصة للمغادرين، حيث أكدت المشاهدات تعطل السلالم الكهربائية، الأمر الذي قد يسبب بعض الصعوبات للمسافرين، خاصة كبار السن وأصحاب الحقائب الثقيلة.
