بعد موت سوق العقارات في مصر..السوداني يستقبل المقاولين المصريين للعمل في العراق!

آخر تحديث: 14 يوليوز 2024 - 10:16 ص بغداد/ شبكة أخبار العراق- دعا رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني أمس السبت، أصحاب الشركات المصرية والسعودية إلى الاستثمار في مجال المنتجعات السياحية والفنادق والمرافق الترفيهية، مشيرا إلى ان العراق يمتلك العديد من الوجهات السياحية المتنوعة، مبيناً أن التنمية والتطور في العراق تصبّ في مسار المصالح الاقتصادية لباقي الدول العربية.
وبحسب بيان لمكتب رئيس الوزراء ، أن ذلك جاء في استقبال السوداني، وفداً من رجال الأعمال المصريين والسعوديين ورجال أعمال عراقيين ضم؛ رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة TMG هشام طلعت مصطفى، ورئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة المهيدب سليمان عبد القادر المهيدب، والرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة عصام عبد القادر، ومدير التطوير في المجموعة رائد ابراهيم المديهيم، ومدير مجموعة الميسرة ياسر قاسم زغير، ورجل الأعمال أحمد طلعت هاني، المختصين جميعهم بالتطوير العقاري وإقامة المدن السكنية المتكاملة والذكية، بحضور السفير السعودي لدى العراق عبد العزيز بن خالد الشمري.وأشار السوداني إلى أن العراق يشهد نمواً متسارعاً، ومرحلة من التعافي، وفيه العديد من الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة، لاسيما في مجال السكن ومشاريع المدن الجديدة، إذ يحتاج البلد إلى نحو 3 ملايين وحدة سكنية، مؤكداً أن الحكومة تتجه نحو بناء المدن المتكاملة التي تضمّ جميع القطاعات والخدمات والمرافق الترفيهية والتجارية، وترتبط مع العاصمة بغداد بشبكة متطورة من طرق المواصلات.وأوضح السوداني أن الحكومة عرضت مشاريع خمس مدن جديدة للاستثمار في بغداد وبعض المحافظات، وهي تمضي باتجاه إطلاق 11 مدينة جديدة، مثلما تدعم التجارب الاستثمارية الناجحة، مؤكداً أن المهم في المدن الحديثة أنها تسهم في حل أزمة السكن، خصوصاً للفئات المحدودة الدخل.يذكر ان سوق العقارات في مصر مات جراء الأزمة المالية والاقتصادية التي يعاني منها البلد.
