الهيئة العامة للإحصاء تعلن تحديث رقمها الموحد إلى (199009) و تلغي السابق

أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء تحديثها للرقم الموحد الهاتفي لخدماتها ليكون (199009) بديلًا عن الرقم السابق (920020081)؛ وذلك لتسهيل التواصل مع المجتمع، وتحسين تجربة المستفيدين من الخدمات التي تقدمها الهيئة.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن الرقم الجديد سيكون الوسيلة الوحيدة والرسمية للتواصل الهاتفي مع الأفراد والمؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة للإجابة على المسوح التي تنفذها الهيئة.

وأكد رئيس الهيئة العامة للإحصاء الدكتور فهد بن عبدلله الدوسري سعي الهيئة إلى تطوير القطاع الإحصائي وفق إستراتيجية شاملة، تسعى لتسخير الإمكانات من أجل الوصول إلى مؤشرات إحصائية دقيقة، مشيرًا إلى أن الرقم الموحد يساعد في الوصول بسهولة إلى البيانات ذات الصلة بالقطاع ومعالجتها، والمساهمة في تطوير عملية تبادل وتدفق البيانات بين الجهات الحكومية والمنشآت الخاصة والأفراد، بجودة وموثوقية.
وقال: "إن الهيئة تعمل بشكل مستمر لتطوير الأساليب الإحصائية في القطاعات التنظيمية كافة؛ بهدف قراءة المؤشرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تساعد في معرفة معدلات النمو في مختلف القطاعات بشكل أكثر وضوحًا ودقة، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة وفق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030".
في ذات السياق بيّنت الهيئة أن الرقم الموحد لها سيقدم منظومة من الخدمات وفي مقدمتها استقبال طلبات البيانات الإحصائية من الجهات والمنشآت والأفراد، وتلقي الاستفسارات والاقتراحات، والتواصل مع أفراد المجتمع والمؤسسات لجمع البيانات الإحصائية.
