صاغت مبادرة البرامج الجامعية القصيرة (MicroX) تعريفاً جديداً التعليم الجامعي في المملكة، عبر تقديم نموذج رقمي مرن يُركّز على المهارة ويواكب متطلبات سوق العمل.

صُممت برامج MicroX استجابة مباشرة لحاجة السوق، وليس بمعزل عنها حيث أن المقررات والبرامج تم تطويره بالشراكة مع أكثر من 200 جهة تعليمية ومهنية، أبرزها: جامعة الملك سعود، جامعة الملك خالد، جامعة الأميرة نورة، جامعة جدة، جامعة جازان، جامعة أم القرى، الجامعة السعودية الإلكترونية، جامعة القصيم، جامعة طيبة، وجامعة نجران، إلى جانب مؤسسات دولية ومحلية من القطاع الخاص حيث أن هذه الشراكات الاستراتيجية تسهم في رفع جودة البرامج وضمان مواءمتها مع المهارات المطلوبة في سوق العمل، ما يُكسب المتعلم جاهزية مهنية عالية تؤهله لاقتناص الفرص بثقة وكفاءة.

وتغطي البرامج الجامعية القصيرة نطاقًا واسعًا من التخصصات النوعية التي تُجسّد ملامح الاقتصاد الجديد، وتدعم القطاعات التي تسهم في تحقيق رؤية السعودية 2030، وتلبي الاحتياج المتزايد في سوق العمل.
