إنهاء معاناة طفل من مرض "الكوازاكي" بالقلب

بحمدالله ورعايته، نجح الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر من إنقاذ حياة طفل يبلغ من العمر عام واحد كان يعاني من مرض بالقلب يسمى Kawasaki. وهو عبارة عن مرض يصيب شرايين القلب بالتمدد والانسداد، ويرافقه ارتفاع شديد بالحرارة، وهو يعتبر مرض نادر إذ تبلغ نسبة المرضى المصابين به 250 لكل 100 ألف حالة.
وكان الطفل قد وصل إلى المستشفى محولاً من إحدى المستشفيات بالمناطق الطرفية للمنطقة الشرقية، حيث تم على الفور مناظرة الحالة بواسطة الدكتور ياسر صدقي، استشاري قلب الأطفال والمتخصص بعيوب القلب، وقد بيَّن الفحص الإكلينيكي والمختبري توافر أعراض مرض الكوازاكي لدى الطفل مع ارتفاع شديد بالحرارة لمدة أكثر من عشرة أيام، إضافة إلى وجود التهاب بالعين، وطفح جلدي، وقد أيدت الاختبارات المعملية الدقيقة التشخيص وقام الدكتور ياسر صدقي بإجراء فحص القلب للطفل وتأكد التشخيص بوجود تمدد بشرايين القلب.

وبالتعاون مع الفريق الطبي المختص من استشاريين وأخصائيين تم البدء فورًا في الخطة العلاجية والتي تتطلب سرعة إعطاء أجسام مناعية مضادة طبقا للبروتوكولات الطبية العالمية.
