البحرين تدعو لتجنب التصعيد العسكري بين لبنان وإسرائيل وتطالب مجلس الأمن الدولي بتدخل عاجل

دعت البحرين، اليوم السبت، إلى تجنب التصعيد العسكري على الحدود اللبنانية الإسرائيلية والحيلولة دون اتساع رقعة النزاع في المنطقة.
ووفقا لبيان نقلته صحيفة “الأيام” البحرينية، فإنه وفي إطار رئاسة مملكة البحرين للقمة العربية الـ33، تابعت البلاد ببالغ القلق تطورات الأحداث والتصعيد العسكري على الحدود اللبنانية الإسرائيلية.
وأكدت البحرين في إطار تنسيقها مع لبنان على ضرورة تجنب التصعيد العسكري، والحيلولة دون اتساع دائرة النزاع في المنطقة، حفاظا على أمن لبنان، في إطار السعي إلى تحقيق الأمن والسلام والاستقرار في الإقليم.
كما دعت إلى وقف إطلاق النار بين الجانبين والعمل على تطبيق قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 1701، واللجوء إلى الحلول السلمية عبر التفاوض بين البلدين حفاظا على حياة السكان المدنيين وأمن واستقرار المنطقة.
كما وأكدت دعمها لجهود مبعوثي الولايات المتحدة وفرنسا إلى لبنان بهذا الصدد، ومساندة مساعيهما لخفض التصعيد والتوتر وتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار على الحدود اللبنانية الإسرائيلية.
وطالبت البحرين مجلس الأمن الدولي بالتدخل العاجل، وإيلاء الاشتباكات العسكرية على الحدود اللبنانية الإسرائيلية ما تستحقه من اهتمام، وإصدار قرار عاجل بوقف إطلاق النار حرصا على عدم اتساع دائرة الصراع، لما لذلك من تداعيات خطرة على الأمن والاستقرار.
ومنذ إطلاق حركة "حماس" عملية طوفان الأقصى" في السابع من أكتوبر 2023 وما تبعها من حرب مدمرة على قطاع غزة، يستمر "حزب الله" في تنفيذ عملياته ضد إسرائيل، فيما تشهد الحدود اللبنانية الجنوبية ازديادا كبيرا في عدد العمليات وسط تحذيرات من خطورة الوضع ودعوات موجهة لجميع الأطراف من أجل وقف إطلاق النار وضبط النفس.
أما على الجانب الإسرائيلي، فقال يوآف غالانت إن "حزب الله" هو من بدأ الحرب، مشددا على أن من "واجب إسرائيل" تغيير الوضع، حسبما ذكرت القناة 12 الإسرائيلية.
ونقلت صحيفة "يديعوت أحرونوت" العبرية عن مسؤول سياسي إسرائيلي كبير أنه إذا "واصل "حزب الله" مهاجمتنا فإن جنوب لبنان سيلقى مصير غزة".
