إغلاق 1502 بلاغ للصيانة والنظافة لمساجد المدينة المنورة

أغلقت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد ممثلة بفرعها في منطقة المدينة المنورة، 1502 بلاغ خلال الربع الأول من العام 1446هـ، عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد، شملت بلاغات عن خدمات الصيانة والنظافة لمساجد وجوامع المنطقة.
وقام فريق مركز الاتصال الموحد بمتابعة إنجاز هذه البلاغات الواردة مع الجهات المختصة بالوزارة في إطار اختصاص كل منها.

كما أوضحت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية بأنها ترحب بجميع البلاغات من المواطنين والمقيمين عن المخالفات والملاحظات على المساجد ومرافقها وخدماتها، وأنها ستعمل على مضاعفة الجهود لتلافي أي قصور، والتعامل مع جميع البلاغات الواردة إليها مع الحفاظ على هوية المُبلغ؛ حيث يقوم فريق مركز الاتصال الموحد (1933)، باستقبال البلاغات على مدار الساعة خلال جميع أيام الأسبوع.
