مروان بن تركي يرعى حفل إطلاق مشروع "أوبال ريزيدنس" لـ"النماء العقارية"

أطلقت شركة النماء العقارية مشروع "أوبال ريزيدنس"- مسقط هيلز، والذي يعد من أكبر مشاريعها العقارية لعام 2025، وذلك في حفل رعاه صاحب السمو السيد مروان بن تركي آل سعيد محافظ ظفار.
وتقدّر مساحة المشروع بحوال 41 ألف متر مربع، ويشتمل على 279 وحدة سكنية و23 وحدة تجارية، ويتكون المشروع من طابقين تحت الأرض، وطابق أرضي، بالإضافة إلى 7 طوابق.
كما يتميز المشروع بوجود ممشى علوي بطول 400 متر، كذلك به أكبر مسبح في مسقط هيلز، بالإضافة إلى المرافق الخاصة للاستجمام والرياضة مثل الصالة الرياضية، وغرفة الساونا والبخار، وجلسات الاسترخاء .
وأوضح الشيخ إسحاق بن عبدالله الحوقاني الرئيس التنفيذي للنماء العقارية، أن الشركة تسعى من خلال المشروع السكني الجديد (Opal) إلى تقديم إضافة نوعية إلى قطاع العقار والسكن الفاخر، مشيرًا إلى أن المشروع يعد ثمرة رؤية واضحة، وتخطيط دقيق، وشغف بتقديم تجربة سكنية تتجاوز حدود المألوف وروعة التصميم المعماري، وفخامة التفاصيل.
وقال في كلمته، إن اختيار منطقة مسقط هيلز لإقامة المشروع بها نظرا لموقعها الاستراتيجي الذي يربط بين الهدوء والخصوصية، وسهولة الوصول، والقرب من أهم المرافق الحيوية، في محافظة مسقط، مبينا أن شركة النماء العقارية التي تمتد مسيرتها إلى 23 عاماً تؤكد التزامها بمواصلة التطوير، والارتقاء بخدماتها، وتوسيع نطاق أعمالها، مستندة إلى فريق عمل متمرس، وقيم ثابتة تقوم على النزاهة والشفافية في العمل .
حضر الحفل عدد من أصحاب السُّمو والمعالي الوزراء وأصحاب السعادة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من السفراء ورجال الأعمال والمطورين .

وألقت رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية التطوع، الدكتورة مشاعل العصيمي، كلمةً أعربت فيها عن شكرها وامتنانها لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على دعمه ورعايته وتشجيعه الدائم للمتطوعين، وأكدت أن برنامج "تطوع الشرقية" يُعد اللبنة الأولى في برنامج أشمل يحمل اسم "تطوع المناطق"، ويخضع لإشراف ومتابعة إدارة العمل التطوعي بالمركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، الذي يبذل جهودًا حثيثة في تطوير العمل التطوعي وكياناته، وتبنّي التجارب الناجحة وتعميمها، بما يعزز فاعلية القطاع غير الربحي في المساهمة في الناتج المحلي.
