مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب في الخبر يُنقذ حياة خمسيني بعد تعرضه لتهتك حاد بجدار القلب ونزيف مهدد للحياة

استقبل مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عبر قسم الطوارىء مراجع في العقد الخامس من العمر يعاني من الآم صدرية حادة وعدم القدرة على التنفس مع اضطراب في العمل الوظيفي للقلب، وذلك نتيجة إصابته بتهتك شديد في جدار القلب. حيث تم إنعاشه مباشرة وعمل الإسعافات الأولية. ذكر ذلك الدكتور فهد المخدوم استشاري طب وجراحة القلب رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج الحاصل على الزمالة الكندية.

والذي أضاف بأنه بعد الإطلاع على ملفه الطبي، تبين أنه تعرض لجلطة قلبية قبل نحو شهرين، خضع على اثرها لقسطرة، وبإجراء الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة باستخدام الأشعة المقطعية (C.T Scan)، وأشعة الموجات فوق الصوتية (Echo) والسونار، تم الكشف عن إصابته بواحدة من أندر مضاعفات الجلطات القلبية، وهي تهتك جدار القلب (البطين الأيسر) مع حدوث نزيف مهدد للحياة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تمدد الغشاء المحيط بالقلب، وشعوره بتلك الأعراض الحادة، حيث تم إعلان حالة الطوارىء بالمستشفى وتشكيل فريق طبي من استشاريي القلب والطوارىء والعناية المركزة.

وأكد الدكتور فهد أن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت بالنجاح التام، مفيداً بأن سرعة تشخيص حالة المراجع وسرعة اتخاذ قرار إجراء العملية، كان لهما الفضل بعد الله في إنقاذ حياته، موضحأً بأن المراجع استعاد عافيته وانتهت لديه كافة أعراض الألم، وأصبح يتنفس بصورة طبيعية وخرج من المستشفى بعد 5 أيام وهو بصحة جيدة.
