مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُعيد كفاءة النظر لمريض سبعيني بنسبة 100%

بفضل من الله، نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، وعبر فريق طبي متخصص في جراحات العيون، بإنهاء معاناة مريض يبلغ من العمر 73 عاماً، يشكو من إنعدام البصر نهائياً في العين اليسرى منذ عامين، وعدم قدرته على تمييز الأشياء بعين واحدة. حيث زار المريض أكثر من مستشفى لتشخيص حالته والحصول على العلاج المناسب، ولكن دون جدوى أو تحقيق أية نجاحات.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور يحي أحمد كريري استشاري طب وجراحة العيون رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، الحاصل على الزمالة في طب العيون، والذي أضاف بأنه فور وصول المريض تم الإطلاع على تاريخه المرضي، وإجراء الفحص الاكلينيكي الأولي، والذي بين إنعدام كفاءة النظر في العين اليسرى مع وجود كتل وتجمعات دموية، وعليه تم إخضاعه لحزمة من التحاليل المخبرية والفحوصات الطبية المتقدمة، والتي شملت تقنيات الالتراساوند وكذلك التصوير الطبقي المتطور لشبكية العين.
مفيداً بأن النتائج أوضحت بدقة أن الكتل المثبتة في العين عبارة عن تليفات، مع وجود نزيف شديد على كامل الشبكية بالعين اليسرى، وهو الأمر الذي تسبب في إصابة المريض بإنعدام الرؤية التامة، وعليه تم إتخاذ قرار الإجراء الجراحي لعلاج المريض.
مشيراً إلى أنه تم إعطاء المريض حقنة تعرف بأسم (Anti Vges) وذلك كخطوة أولى ، والتي تعمل على تحفيز وتحسين الدورة الدموية للشبكية، وكذلك تقليل خطورة حدوث أية مضاعفات بعد العملية، موضحاً أن الجراحة استغرقت 30 دقيقة فقط، وتم فيها استخدام أجهزة متطورة عالية الدقة والحساسية لإزالة النزيف والتليفات الموجود على سطح الشبكية، وذلك بدون خياطة نهائياً، بخلاف ما يحدث في العمليات التقليدية والتي تحتاج إلى ذلك، بالإضافة إلى مكوث المريض فترات أطول بالمستشفيات تتراوح ما بين أسبوع إلى أسبوعين حتى مرحلة التعافي.
وقال الدكتور كريري أن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت بالنجاح ولله الحمد، حيث نُقل المريض بعد العملية إلى غرفة التنويم ليوم واحد فقط، وخرج من المستشفى في اليوم التالي وهو بخير حال، بعد أن أثبتت النتائج تحسن حالته وعودة البصر بالعين اليسرى، مؤكداً على أن الفحوصات التي أجريت له بعد مرور أسبوع على إجراء العملية أثبتت استعادته للبصر بنسبة 100% ولله الحمد.
