الشركة الوطنية للثروة السمكية تنظم المؤتمر السنوي للدول الأعضاء بمنظمة "ICCAT"

استمراراً لدور مصر الفاعل فى دعم مختلف القضايا المتعلقة بالبيئية والتنمية المستدامة والمحافظة على التوزان البيئى وفقاً للمعايير الدولية .
نظمت الشركة الوطنية للثروة السمكية والأحياء المائية المؤتمر السنوى لمنظمة "ICCAT" فى دورته الثامنة والعشرين الذى ينعقد خلال الفترة من 11_ 20 نوفمبر بهدف مناقشة كافة القضايا المتعلقة بالمخزون السمكى ووضع الضوابط الخاصة لتنظيم أعمال الصيد بالمحيط الأطلنطى والبحر الأبيض المتوسط ومناقشة الأساليب الحديثة التى تسهم فى مجابهة الصيد الجائر والتى من شأنها أن تؤدى إلى إنخفاض المخزون السمكى والعمل على إستدامته للأجيال القادمة .
يأتى ذلك فى إطار حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على المشاركة فى كافة الفعاليات والأنشطة التى تساهم فى الحفاظ على الثروة السمكية بالبحار والمحيطات والعمل على إستدامتها فى إطار العمل الدولى لتحقيق أحد أهم أهداف التنمية المتسدامة للأمم المتحدة .

وألقى رئيس مجلس إدارة اللجنة، الأستاذ عبدالحكيم العمار، كلمة رحّب فيها بسمو راعي الحفل، واستعرض أبرز البرامج والمشاريع المنفذة خلال عام 2024 ضمن المسارات الثلاثة: الرعاية الأساسية، العناية الأسرية، وتنمية القدرات.

كما ألقى المهندس أحمد عدلان الشمراني، الأمين العام للجنة، كلمة استعرض فيها استراتيجية اللجنة الحالية وتطلعاتها المستقبلية، في ظل دعم القيادة الرشيدة – أيدها الله – بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي العهد الأمين، ومعالي رئيس اللجنة وأعضاء مجلس إدارتها.
وشهد الحفل توقيع عدد من اتفاقيات الشراكة، باركها سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، مع كل من مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع “موهبة”، وشركة “ركاز العلم للتعليم”، والاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وشركة “أكاديمية التعلّم”، وشركة “محمد النهدي للتأمين الطبي”، التي ستوفر تغطية تأمينية لمدة عام كامل لـ430 مستفيدًا من اللجنة.
كما كرّم سموه 18 طالبًا وطالبة من الموهوبين، وسلّم 6 وحدات سكنية لمستفيدين من اللجنة.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرّم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية شركاء اللجنة والداعمين من رجال الأعمال والشركات.
