تحت رعاية سمو ولي العهد.. انطلاق مؤتمر مبادرة القدرات البشرية فبراير المقبل/عاجل

تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، رئيس لجنة برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية - حفظه الله -، تنطلق أعمال مؤتمر مبادرة القدرات البشرية في نسخته الأولى يومي 18 و19 شعبان 1445هـ الموافق 28 و29 فبراير 2024م، في مركز الملك عبد العزيز الدولي للمؤتمرات بمدينة الرياض.

ويأتي انعقاد المؤتمر تحت شعار "الاستعداد للمستقبل"، واستضافة أكثر من 6000 من الخبراء والمختصين، و 150 متحدثًا عالميًا من قادة الرأي والخبراء وصناع السياسات من الحكومات والقطاع الخاص والقطاع غير الربحي ومراكز الفكر من 50 دولة يجتمعون في الرياض؛ لمشاركة أفضل الممارسات، واستعراض قصص النجاح العالمية الملهمة، وبحث أوجه التعاون في تنمية القدرات البشرية مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، للإسهام في وضع أجندة عالمية مستدامة تبتكر حلولًا للقدرات البشرية من الفئات العمرية كافة، ولإحداث تحوّلات جذرية تستشرف المستقبل وتسهم في بناء مستقبل واعد.

وأوضح معالي وزير التعليم، رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية لبرنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، الأستاذ يوسف البنيان، أن المؤتمر يعد الأول من نوعه كمنصة عالمية تعاونية تهدف إلى توحيد الجهود الدولية وإثراء الحوار العالمي بما يسهم في تنمية مستقبل القدرات البشرية، وبناء اقتصادٍ عالمي مزدهر، مبيناً أن المؤتمر سيناقش أبرز التحديات التي تواجه منظومة القدرات البشرية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية، وأهم المهارات التي يتطلبها مستقبل سوق العمل العالمي، بالإضافة إلى أثر التطورات المتسارعة في المجالات التقنية والاقتصادية على القدرات البشرية.

وأكد أهمية الموضوعات التي ستتناولها جلسات المؤتمر، الذي ينظمه برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، أحد برامج تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030، ودورها في تحفيز وتوجيه النقاشات الدولية في تنمية القدرات البشرية، بما يسهم في بناء اقتصادات قوية ومرنة لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل.
