لأول مرة.. الرواج المينائي في المغرب يتجاوز عتبة 200 مليون طن

أفادت وزارة التجهيز والنقل بأن رواج الموانئ في المغرب تجاوز لأول مرة سقف 200 مليون طن، إذ انتقل من 195 مليون طن المسجلة سنة 2022 إلى 209,4 مليون طن سنة 2023، أي ارتفاع نسبته 7,4 في المائة.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بلاغ حول نشاط الموانئ بالمغرب برسم سنة 2023، أن الرواج الوطني سجل حجما بلغ 112,7 مليون طن (زائد 2,3 في المائة)، في حين أن نشاط المسافنة سجل رواجا حجمه 96,7 مليون طن بزيادة نسبتها 14 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2022.
وعرف تقسيم رواج الموانئ هيمنة نشاط المسافنة، إذ مثل حصة بلغت 46,2 في المائة، متبوعا بالواردات (32,1 في المائة)، ثم الصادرات (17,2 في المائة)، ثم رواج المساحلة (3,8 في المائة)، وأخيرا نشاط تزويد السفن بالوقود (0,8 في المائة).
وفي ما يخص نشاط المسافنة، فقد أكد المركب المينائي لطنجـة المتـوسط دوره المحوري باعتباره منصة لوجستية بارزة على مستوى البحر الأبيض المتوسط، ويعزى ذلك أساسا إلى ارتفاع نشاط مسافنة الحاويات ( 92,8 مليون طن/ زائد 13,7 في المائة) والمحروقات ( 3,7مليون طن/زائد 17,5 في المائة).
ومن جهتها، استقرت الواردات خلال سنة 2023 عند 67,2 مليون طن أي بزيادة نسبتها زائد 1,9 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2022. ويفسر هذا النمو بتغير واردات رواج الحبوب ( 9,2مليون طن/زائد 3,9 في المائة)والكبريت ( 6,5مليون طن/ زائد 3,6 في المائة) والمحروقات ( 11,9مليون طن/ناقص 1,2 في المائة)والفحم ( 10,5مليون طن/ ناقص 6,2في المائة).
وعرف حجم الصادرات ارتفاعا بنسبة 3,5 في المائة، مسجلا حجما إجماليا بلغ 36 مليون طن. ويعزى هذا التغير إلى ارتفاع صادرات الأسمدة ( 11مليون طن/ زائد 20,5 في المائة) والكلانكير ( 2مليون طن/ زائد 21,7 في المائة)، مقرونا بانخفاض رواج الفوسفاط (4,4 مليون طن/ ناقص 18,4 في المائة)وحمض الكبريت ( 802ألف طن/ ناقص38,7 في المائة).
كما شهد رواج المساحلة بين الموانئ المغربية، بدوره، ارتفاعا بنسبة 2,7 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2022 مسجلا بذلك رواجا بلغ حجمه 7,9 مليون طن خلال سنة 2023، يعزى أساسا إلى ارتفاع نشاط مساحلة الحاويات (زائد 13,8 في المائة) والمحروقات (زائد 21,2 في المائة).
و بخصوص نشاط تزويد السفن بالوقود، فقد عرف انخفاضا نسبته 8,2 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2022، مسجلا بذلك رواجا حجمه 1,7 مليون طن وذلك من خلال تزويد السفن العابرة عبر مضيق جبل طارق.
وبخصوص رواج العربات الجديدة، فقد عرف ارتفاعا نسبته 16 في المائة برسم سنة 2023، محققا بذلك حجما إجماليا قدره 673.630 وحدة، تم تخصيص 77 في المائة من هذه العربات للتصدير.
وبالنسبة لرواج المسافرين، سجلت الموانئ المغربية 4.785.223 مسافرا خلال سنة 2023 أي بارتفاع نسبته 39,1 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2022 وذلك في إطار عملية "مرحبا 2023". وقد عالجت موانئ الناظور وطنجة المتوسط وطنجة المدينة ما يزيد عن 98 في المائة من الرواج الإجمالي للمسافرين.
وفي ما يخص نشاط الرحلات البحرية السياحية، فقد سجلت انتعاشا جيدا ، بارتفاع نسبته 91,9 في المائة ليبلغ عدد السياح البحريين 192.996 مسافرا خلال سنة 2023.
ومن جهة أخرى، انخفض حجم منتوجات الصيد البحري الساحلي والتقليدي المفرغة في الموانئ المغربية خلال سنة 2023، بنسبة ناقص 11 في المائة لتسجل 1,35 مليون طن.
وقد شهدت الملاحة البحرية بالموانئ المغربية تطورا ملحوظا خلال سنة 2023، إذ استقبلت أكثر من 27.900 سفينة تجارية، بزيادة نسبتها 16 في المائة مقارنة مع سنة 2022.
