نجاح مجموعة عمليات نوعية في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر لاستئصال سرطان البروستاتا بالروبوت الجراحي

بحمدالله، تمكن الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر من إجراء عدة عمليات لاستئصال البروستاتا بالكامل لوجود سرطان خبيث من الدرجة المتقدمة مع إعادة ترميم مجرى البول بالمثانة البولية.
وتعتبر هذه العمليات هي الأولى من نوعها بالمستشفيات الخاصة في المنطقة الشرقية، حيث تم عملها بالروبوت الجراحي من خلال الدكتور عبدالرحمن المحرج (استشاري المسالك البولية للأورام وجراحة الروبوت والمناظير وحصوات الكلى)، الذي قام بالعديد من العمليات المُشابهة خلال فترة عمله خارج وداخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

هذا النوع من العمليات باستخدام تقنية الروبوت يتطلب وجود كوادر طبية متخصصة، حيث تحتاج أغلب العمليات الحالية للشق الجراحي التقليدي أو المناظير، فيما يمكن عملها عن طريق التقنية المتقدمة لجهاز الروبوت. كما يمكن عمل عمليات مختلفة في المسالك البولية باستخدام الروبوت لجميع الأعمار من استئصال جزئي، أو كامل للكلى، أو الغدة الكظرية، أو البروستاتا، أو المثانة البولية، إضافة إلى عمليات إصلاح مجرى الحالب البولي وإعادة زرع الحالب.
وينصح الدكتور عبدالرحمن المحرج بعمل الفحص المبكر لورم البروستاتا عن طريق الفحص الطبي وتحليل الدم من عمر 50 سنة بشكل سنوي، أو من عمر 45 سنة عند وجود تاريخ مرضي في العائلة لسرطان البروستاتا حيث لا يوجد لسرطان البروستاتا أي أعراض أو مشاكل بولية في بداية المرض، إلا في الحالات المتقدمة مثل نقص الوزن وآلام في الجسم أو العظام.
مع العلم أن ورم سرطان البروستاتا الخبيث يعتبر من الأورام المنتشرة وبالأخص فوق عمر 60 سنة، ويتم الكشف عنه بواسطة طبيب المسالك البولية، عن طريق عمل تحليل دم مع احتمال الحاجة لعمل أشعة وأخذ عينات من نسيج البروستاتا.
وينصح الدكتور عبدالرحمن بأخذ العينات للبروستاتا عن طريق منطقة العجان حيث تعتبر أنظف منطقة، ونسبة الالتهابات البولية نادرة جدا مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية، هذه الطريقة يتم عملها تحت التخدير الموضعي أو الكامل على حسب رغبة المريض.
