ضبط 5 مراكز خاصة لعلاج الإدمان تعمل بدون ترخيص بالعاشر من رمضان

شنت إدارة العلاج الحر بمديرية الشئون الصحية بالشرقية، حملة موسعة على مراكز علاج الإدمان الخاصة بمدينة العاشر من رمضان، بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بالقاهرة وفرع الشرقية، وصندوق مكافحة وعلاج الإدمان، وبالتنسيق مع مديرية أمن الشرقية، والأمانة العامة للصحة النفسية وعلاج الادمان، ومفتشي العلاج الحر بالإدارة الصحية بالعاشر من رمضان.
يأتي ذلك في إطار توجيهات الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار وزير الصحة والسكان، والدكتور ممدوح غراب محافظ الشرقية، وتنفيذاً لتعليمات الدكتور هشام شوقي مسعود وكيل الوزارة ، بالمرور المكثف على المنشآت الطبية غير الحكومية الخاصة، وضبط المخالف منها، حفاظاً على الصحة العامة للمواطنين.
أسفرت جهود الحملة عن مداهمة خمسة مراكز لعلاج الإدمان تعمل بدون ترخيص بالمخالفة لقانون المنشآت الطبية غير الحكومية رقم ٥١ لسنة ١٩٨١، والمعدل بالقانون ١٥٣ لسنة ٢٠٠٤، وبدون موافقة الصحة النفسية لإدارة منشأة بالمخالفة للقانون رقم ٧١ لسنة ٢٠٠٩، ومحتجز بها عدد كبير من المواطنين "مرضى مدمنين"، بإجمالي ١٠٦ شخص، ويديرها أشخاص غير مؤهلين، ولا يحملون تراخيص مزاولة مهنة الطب البشري.
وتبين أن الأماكن الخمسة غير مستوفية للاشتراطات الصحية، ولا يوجد بها أي فريق أو إشراف طبي على المرضى، مما يعرض صحتهم للخطر، على الرغم من تقاضي مشرفي هذه المراكز مقابل مادي يصل إلى ٧٠٠٠ جنيه للفرد الواحد شهرياً على حد قولهم، هذا بالإضافة إلى مخالفة المنشآت لسياسات مكافحة العدوي، وقانون البيئة، مع عدم إتخاذ أي إجراءات إحترازية، مما يؤدي إلى إنتشار العدوي بين النزلاء.
وعلى الفور تم إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية، وتحرير ٥ محاضر بمراكز شرطة أول وثان وثالث العاشر من رمضان، وتم إحتجاز مشرفي هذه المنشآت للعرض علي النيابة العامة.
وأكد الدكتور هشام شوقي مسعود وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، إستمرار الحملات المكثفة بصحة الشرقية لمتابعة المنشآت الطبية، ومختلف المنشآت الأخرى بالمحافظة، والضرب بيد من حديد على المخالفين، مؤكداً عدم التهاون في إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المخالفات، والتي من شأنها عدم المساس بصحة وسلامة المواطنين، مقدماً الشكر والتقدير لجميع فريق العمل المشارك في الحملة من إدارة العلاج الحر ورجال الشرطة، على الجهود المبذولة لصالح المواطنين بمحافظة الشرقية.
